After searching many different Travel Insurance sites, I found Insure&Go to give the best value for money. It was all so easy to get a quote and subsequent purchase. I feel very comfortable with my choice.

Easy website to navigate; a number of options. Clear about coverage. Good price, and again options for excess. My second policy, different trip. Recommended by a friend whose claim was paid without question.

Is was quick and easy... a nd a good price.

The call insurance operator was very nice and helpful in all aspects of obtaining travel insurance.
What made it difficult was that the system your company uses appears to shut down or reset too quickly therefore the operator had to at least 3 times re enter information already given. She was very professional about it but it was frustrating and it could lead to customers not continuing the call. I maintained and finished but it’s something that should be looked at seriously.

I have had to amend my holiday plans twice and insure and Go have been so helpful. As easy as buying a new policy and within days i've had my original refund processed and in my account. So easy!

We’ve always valued travel insurance, but for us it’s essential. My husband has type 1 diabetes, so having reliable cover gives us real peace of mind whenever we travel.

Because of this, we wouldn’t travel without insurance, and it’s reassuring to have a policy we can trust.

My travel insurance was extremely easy to book online and as nothing went wrong on my holiday I had no reason to make a claim, but it was great to have peace of mind with the insurance if something went wrong.
