Stephanie has been fantastic at getting me setup with my CPAP. Everything was clear and she took the time to make sure I understand everything going on. When I left the store I had everything I needed to get going that night.

I dropped in to get some CPAP products and a new Mask fitted. Joanne greeted me with a big smile and said hello good to see you again, Liz will see you soon.
Liz greeted me with a big smile and said lets try one of our newer Masks to see if it will work better for me. Liz and Joanne were very professional, passionate about what they do and they love what they do. I was in and fixed up in a very timely manner. So easy to deal with, smiling the entire time as we chatted and had a few laughs.
The total experience was amazing from the time i entered till the time i left.

Michelle Couto made the whole experience of getting my new C-pap machine very pleasant. She was also instrumental in getting the process of seeing my Dr. started and she did all the paperwork at the end of the process to deal with the government.

Northern Respiratory - a great place to learn, be listened to even though they are asked the same question over and over again. A big thank you to Brianna Fagioni, the Clinical Specialist who helped me decide on a mask and give me step by step instructions on how to use the CPAP machine... and a great big thank you to the Receptionist who is the first point of contact and sets the mood of the office with your welcoming smile and positive attitude.

First went to another company they could not help me that day and had to make an appointment for a week.

Then went to InspiAir where I met Nadine, she took care of me right away. Within an hour or so I was fitted instructed and, on my way, with everything ready for my first night sleep .

Nadeen Maroon was excellent. I was dealing with another company for 22 years and now Nadeen at InspiAir will be may new person. Calm, very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
