Excellent experience from initially speaking to the person to book the visits to resolve a mouse problem to the three service visits from Matthew and Alex.Both Matthew and Alex were prompt, very efficient and explained everything in detail.

Indigo Pest control and in particular, Matthew Creeber has been amazing. He came across a series of visits put tracking powder and bait , throughly inspected my house which is a big place with multiple rooms in a terraced house. Friendly helpful and professional, he identified holes and sealed off all possible entry points and I recently had a final visit to conclude the matter.

Alex from Indigo was excellent. He was punctual, the wasp nest removal was efficient and he was really knowledgeable.

He even highlighted damaged brickwork in the loft which I had no idea about.

Really pleased with his work and would recommend to all.

We had an ongoing pest problem and the team supported us with regular visits to monitor and resolve the issue.

Alex and Matthew were helpful, professional, friendly, incredibly responsive and reassuring throughout. Their advice was clear and practical and we always felt confident that everything was under control. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Christian was magic. Sorted our problem out quickly and efficiently on the first visit. Support from the main office was also sympathetic and efficient given our problems came when we had a 3 month old! Highly recommend!

Needed a pest control expert urgently to do a moth survey. Indigo sent someone within the hour, they carried out a very thorough examination and followed up with a report. Great service. Rapid response to my initial enquiry, clear pricing, and an appointment booked in within hours. They attended only a couple of days later and dealt with the wasps nest efficiently. The operator who attended was very polite and informative, dealing with the issue in less than half and hour.

Terry Whittle was a huge help in getting my flat checked and sorting the issues. Three visits, great advice and really lovely to chat to. Would highly recommend Terry and the company!

Terry was very professional, courteous and polite and above all did an excellent job with the wasp nests. I have waited a bit to review to be sure the wasps would not return, and they have not. The nests are totally clear.
