I will recommend for all who need professional work to be done

Had a really good experience booking on the phone with a gentleman called Noor. He was very professional, diligent and knowledgeable, he carefully explained the process and what to expect.
Brad came to do the inspection and he was so good at his job. He explained what he was doing and was an all around stand up guy.
I would recommend using this company - they have really great customer service.

Booked through Checkatrade. Almost immediate response, from Idris regarding a wasp nest in the attic, on a Saturday afternoon. Idris offered a competitive price and booked the job in for Monday 1230-1330. Received a text message confirmation and payment link. Kept in the loop with text messages and on the day of the job another polite reminder of my appointment.
Brandon arrived just after 1230 and immediately assessed the job, identifying the entry point and set upon treating the area.
Brandon was very professional, polite and well presented both himself and his van, and has a very pleasant manner.
He quickly and efficiently treated the entry access and affected area, and almost instantly angry wasps were seen to be vacating the entry point.
Brandon re-assured me that this would kill the wasps and also the treatment would remain in the area which should kill an unhatched larvae as they emerge.
Gave me good advice regarding ongoing monitoring and what to do in the near future.
Fantastic service from booking to fulfillment. Hopefully this will resolve my wasp issue.

Amazing service I haven’t been able to find someone that has done such a great job. Mosh did a great job at removing any and all pests and was a lovely individual.

Sadly my experience has not been ideal. Following the first appointment, it was apparent the application of the fumigation wasn’t how it was described via my initial phone call with ECO.
As for the second appointment/application, this was rescheduled due to resourcing issues….sadly it was postponed a second time due to the same reason. When I phoned up for an explanation, the conversation turned sour and unprofessional, particularly when I questioned their ability to plan appropriately. Eventually the second application took place, when I walked into our main bedroom one light fixture and associated wall border was hanging off the wall - no follow up call, apology or explanation.
The only positive I can give, Steve the first technician was very professional, explained the procedure in depth and was generally very friendly - thank you Steve.

Ecocare were brilliant from start to finish. I had a bed bug issue and they got back to me straight away, arranged a visit quickly and were very professional throughout. Friendly, reassuring and explained everything clearly. The treatment was thorough, discreet and effective – problem sorted faster than I expected. Couldn’t ask for better service and would recommend to anyone.

We had 2 visits for fuming from this company. The first person who came was competent and knew what they were doing.
But the second person who came for the fuming was a disaster (apparently he was the owner. He was so incompetent i called to ask if he was actually licenced) He left stains in all our furniture (which shouldn't have happened), cleaned their tools from the previous house in our bathroom with such hard chemicals we couldnt use the bathroom for days (he was not supposed to do that).
But worst part was it was absolutely a waste of time and money. The guy who did the fuming left the windows and our front door wide open before he left. (Seriously someone could have entered the house).
We have been advised to keep the windows etc closed for a few hours and he left everything open.
Of course 2 days later all the bugs came back.
I didnt call them back bacause i didnt want to deal with the incompetency again.
On top of that i caught few of his lies about the job. Unfortunately very unprofessional and unreliable.

I had a ongoing bed bug infestation for the past month and used 2 other companies but none were able to help. I called these guys and Edris came out and done a extremely thorough job. He didn’t cut any corners and ensured every inch was covered. Problem is resolved now. Forever grateful to these chaps.

Where do I start? I first approached the team when I found ant and cockroach infestation on the first occasion, they were very professional and quickly attended to my urgent request, very fast and efficient service! Friendly team and very reliable. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. The cockroach infestation was quickly and precisely taken care off for my house and shed. Thank you Ecocare! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family who have the same problem!

Service was immaculate, very cooperative from beginning to start, would highly recommend! I had a severe rat problem however since ecocare management have been there haven’t been any in sight.

Professional job all round - great communication and said what they would do! Good price for their level of work, and will definitely be using them in the future again if needed!

When we moved into our flats, it required a thorough pest spray. We were particularly concerned about bedbugs.

They arrived promptly, the day after we booked and carried out treatment sprays. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would like to thank the guys for being professional and thorough.
