This is the second order now as a carer for my elderly mom who prefers these products.
Both orders have been very late delivery even when paying for fast delivery. One parcel was dumped in the dustbin upon delivery.

The package was sent to the wrong address i understand this can happen and i found it by the photo. But I ordered medium and was sent 3 XL i am going to try to send them them back hope to receive a replacement in medium yours Mr Geoffrey Hague

And considering I was in hospital 🏥 at the time 🕰️ I think 🤔 every order that is made to yourselves it should be in our profile in postage options available
Yes 🙌 I did find everything I had ordered but it needs to be made a lot more simpler and you can put down on everything order were your safe to place is and you just use that every single time instead of having to keep saying it over and over again to keep telling people over and over again
