Delivery very quick with no problems

Good products, easy to order, unbelievably fast delivery. I ordered at around 9.30pm & the mattresses were with us by 2.30pm the following day. The mattress wasn’t expensive (as mattresses go) and was very comfortable- much more so than I expected. Good company, eager to help if required.

What a great & excellent service they do to help the aged .

The ordering process was fine, the product fine.
The use of Evri as their courier farcical. They delivered to the wrong address, sent a photo proving they had delivered to the wrong address, then when issue raised claimed "I’ve reviewed the tracking details and can confirm that the courier was in the correct location at the time of delivery".
If that was the case I wouldn't have to play match the front door in the Evri photo to the actual address Evri delivered to, rather than the address on the package, where my 95 year old father lives, with limited mobility.
This was despite me telling them what had happened, their only response was to go back to the supplier. So what is the point of Evri????? Not a unusual experience, so why do suppliers use them??

Little difficult to find the product wanted. The online service is very good. The delivery service was very quick.

Easy to order only once had to contact about wrong items sent and so helpfully sorted out and correct items were dispatched same day a d arrived next day can not fault all items have been of good quality

Product choice is amazing & good value with next day "discreet" delivery.
I have diverticular disease & when I get diverticulitis I pass liquid stool & often get caught out.
I went through all the product choices, which was incredible. Personally I didn't need a long pad or pants or anything for ladies urinary incontinence etc.
I found the photos of products really helpful in getting an idea of type, length, thickness & absorbancy.
Believe it or not I went for one of the men's shaped urinary pads
(wide at the front & narrow & shorter at the rear). I then turned the pad around so the wide part of the pad covered my butt with the short shaped bit just sitting between my legs but not covering my lady bits in the front. This works perfectly. I dont panic about getting caught out on my way to the loo.
So my advice is to check out all products & shapes etc not just use a filtered choice. As with myself you might find a product for a different gender works for you.
