My journey at Inci Dis clinic begun this year in june.
I wrote already a review on that trip. This second trip there were some little bumps on the road because i have trouble with my heart and my heart rate was so slow, we had to go to the hospital. I am so glad Flora my translator was with me and guided me through it all. Thank goodness the results were good, so the dentist could start immediately for my final teeth. A big thumbs up for the pacience they had with me because i wanted a lot of changes. But finally I was satisfied and today i got my final teeth. I could not be more happy, a special thanks to the whole team who helped me: Sara my coordinator, Flora my translator and guide at the clinic, Dr. Safa Polat and his assistant Sevgi and again Surgeon Berre and lastly the driver Omer.
I highly recommend Inci Dis Climic for the best results and you will be treated like family.

My name is Ernest, from The Netherlands and I investigated over 6 dental clinics in Istanbul. One of them was INCIDIS and my coordinator was Sara(Actual qualified dentist). She was fantastic, Sara spoke English fluently and her knowledge of dental care and treatment is of very high standard. What was the deciding factor for me to go with INCIDIS. Sara did not sell me; she used her experience and knowledge to talk to me about my dental condition and treatment.

Sara was not available to meet during my visit, and my John was the stand-in and OMW, what a gentleman and nice guy. He was so helpful, and he was with me all the way, he helped me with the payments, Wi-Fi, explained to me the procedure and advice some places to visit during my stay. I hope to meet up with him again during my second visit next year. I definitely recommend him, he exceeds my expectations.
Of course, the treatment plan can change after an in-person examination which mine did, but Dr Necat explained to me exactly the pros and cons and I was also given the option to stay with the original plan but then with 4 teeth less which was not the option for me because I wanted the full plan.

Dr Necat was my replacement surgent because my planned surgent was not available due to personal reasons. BIG thank you to Doctor Necat, he is a great dentist and a lovely person. He explained to me in detail my new treatment and all the reasons, pros and cons. This for me really matters when you’re getting such invasive treatment. The procedure was 6 tooth extractions, 2 closed sinus liftings, one wisdom teeth extraction and 10 implants. I would definitely recommend Dr Necat, he is very professional.

Environment is super clean place, nice sofas to sit on and wait….., can’t fault the clinic at all here!
Treatment- look, it’s tough, traumatic, but not painful, so it’s NOT a holiday, yet they’ll leave you as comfortable as possible through, which allows you to be a tourist too if you wish too.

I would 100% recommend Inci- Dis/ Smile clinic to get your work done, I would be a brand ambassador for them if they asked.

Final result-
Going back next year in March for my second and final treatment and cannot wait. The treatment is excellent, medical staff excellent, Sara and John are outstanding, even look forward to seeing these people again which is crazy to say about visiting the dentist right!

This lady is the epitome of excellent customer service….. looks out for you, ensures your treatment is as close to exerted as possible based on a none in person discussion.
Goes out of her way to ensure you not only get your treatment but sample the Istanbul life too!!

Genuinely, if hire her in a heartbeat and she’s such a lovely person too boot!

She is NOT getting paid enough, no mater how much they pay here.

Medical/ Dental ALL great….. very professional in way of treatment , but more relaxed as a way of buisness/ culture.
BIG thank you to Doctor Muazazz Yorkuk ( Dr Lucky as I called her) great Dentist but such a lovely person too!!!! This REALLY matters when you’re getting such invasive/ traumatic treatment.
These people make it bareable!

Environment-
Expect people to walk in and have conversations with each other during your treatment….. strange as a Britt ….. but not for these people, it’s normal. You’ll get used to it the more you visit.

Super clean place, little old lady getting you drinks etc etc is always on hand!
Nice sofas to sit on and wait….., can’t fault the clinic at all here!

None Medical- not a fan apart from 2-3 of them ( there’s soooo many walking around looking but not doing much) and that feels less medical environment and more local market/ town square/ etc etc. they need more English speakers as front of house for sure.!

I had a full set of Zirconia Crowns fitted and a front Bridge…… al went well and no issues.

Developed pain in one tooth almost 3 mnths later…… they brought me back, rectified the pain and even fitted a new bridge as I didn’t quite like the feel only at a small point on the inside ( very minor but they built a whole new one)
They paid for this treatment which whilst it’s exactly what you’d want and expect, isn’t always the norm…. So well done Inci-Dis for 100% customer service / satisfaction …. And also another well done Sara for ensuring this was the case.

Treatment- look, it’s tough, traumatic, but not painful….. just a lot for your Brain to take in and deal with….. so it’s NOT a holiday….. yet they’ll leave you as comfortable as possible mid way through which allows you to be a tourist too if you wish too.

I would 100% recommend Inci- Dis/ Smile clinic to get your work done, so much so I’d be a UK brand ambassador for them if they asked.

Staffing is really key to your treatment….. it’s so very important and you can mother better than Sara,Dr Lucky and a big mention to another 2 co-ordinaries : Flora and Omar … lovely people who stuck with me and played their part well…..

Final result-

Great overall oral health care system within Turkey. Hatem and his crew will resolve all ur cosmetic needs at a very affordable rates. Im very satisfied with my results given it took only two months from surgery to the teeth being permanently attached

The experience with İnci Diş Zeytinburnu was wonderful. John was an outstanding coordinator who took care of all the planning from my initial customer inquiry to completing the zirconium crowns. He made sure that the hotel accommodations and VIP rides were of the highest quality. I also worked with both coordinators, Sofia and Omar, who made my experience at the clinic smooth and easy. Dr. Nursah Songur was a super knowledgeable dentist who customized a plan that maximized my dental health in preparation for full-mouth zirconium crowns. She treated a root canal carefully and made necessary modifications (gums, tooth shaving) to maximize the overall effectiveness of all zirconium crowns' readiness. Overall, the experience with all parties left me feeling fulfilled and satisfied!

Hey all I'm a simple man of 52yrs of age and not to educated on implants i did a bit of research and found this clinic more important i found Sara the lady who books and explains all her time and care she took with me went above and beyond others I spoke too she wasn't trying to sell me treatment she took genuine care to make sure I understood all and showed lots of facts and knowledge I suggest before you get your treatment take the time to chat with her and this clinic my experience was nothing less then what I was told and extremely happy with results this far I'm happy I made the right choice

Last June, I traveled from Australia to Istanbul for my dental treatment.
Like many people, I did my research for six months and contacted several clinics. I finally chose Incidis.
Sara was my contact, and I must say that her explanations and attention throughout my journey were excellent, her English was fantastic, and so was her support. Regarding my dental treatment, I was treated by Dr. Berre...
Wow...I had four extractions, six implants, and two bone grafts.
Everything was done with great care and attention, no problems during or afterward.

I used INCI DIS Dental Clinic after reading all the great reviews posted by past patients.
I first went over last February to have mouler implants fitted (no pain at all)
I want back last week to have the crowns fitted.
Sara,...... Is fantastic as an interpreter /translator; her knowledge helped explained every step before it was done by very experienced orthodontists.
Each crown was bespoke and fitted/installed with precision.
(Again absolutely no pain)
I now have a full set of teeth, a mixture of implants and my own.
I couldn't be any happier with the final result and would happily recommend INCI DIS to anyone thinking of having dental work done in the future

My name Martin, 74, from Florida. For 6 months I investigated over 20 dental clinics in Istanbul. One of them was INCIDIS. My contact was Sarah, spoke English fluently. Extremely knowledgeable in Dentistry with a PHD. Every dental clinic has a contact, a translator sales person. All of 20+ clinics had my recent xrays and they devised a plan with cost associated with that plan. Of course an in person examination will most likely involve a change in the treatment plan which mine did change upon a new xray and examination by Dr. BERRE, surgeon. Sara did not sell me. She used her PHD experience to talk about my dental condition and the treatment. I had a different view than her on my plan. She gave me pros and cons, I decided. And we settled on my preferred treatment. Of course getting 11 implants, 3 bone grafts, one sinus lift in one sitting seemed terrifying. Dr. Berre explained what she was going to do and assured me everything would be fine. Just to inform you I had quotes from 6,000$ to $16,000. I went with INCIDIS because of SARA, PHD, and their quote was reasonable. Sara's knowledge and expertise convinced me that her company was the BEST. Dr. BERRE, Surgeon, IS by far the best surgeon I have ever experienced in my 74 years. Trust pilot only has 5 stars so I pressed on 5 stars. But really they are at least a 10 star. The hotel and transportation they provided was first class. The CLINIC itself was a type of Clinic one would see in Beverly Hills California for famous movie and musical stars. The Clinic I was in was gorgeous and had the latest modern dental equipment. The staff was incredible too. Sara has my WhatsApp number. If you are seriously interested in using INCIDIS and have questions you would like to ask me, you can ask Sara to send me your question and I will answer her and she can forward my answer to you. I think INCIDIS is just as good or better than most American or European dental clinics...That's my opinion. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

I want to express my great gratitude to the Inci Dis clinic for the flawlessly done work, which returned my smile and self-confidence! For many years and dozens of trips to doctors, I have lost hope, because I have periodontal disease. Everyone said as one that the implants do not take root in my situation because of the dissolution of the bone. On the advice of a friend, I wrote a request to the lady called Damira Kubanicbekovna( you can find her on the Facebook). After talking to her, the decision was made "I have to go, there is nothing to lose"! I am absolutely satisfied with the professional approach to my situation! I got a chance! And so, for 6 months I've been flying with happiness from my smile, which the clinic gave me! There are hundreds of ads on the market, hundreds of clinics, but I am grateful to my friend and my intuition for choosing this particular clinic! Don't be afraid! Don't lose hope! Just write to Damira! She will help in Russian or English, she will also will help with accommodations. The prices will surprise you! And most importantly, you will get to professionals who will do their best! The staff, well, very nice, the location couldn't even be more perfect. I am especially grateful to the manager Ozkan, for the warm welcome and surgeon Dr. Ali, for the meticulous and wrapped up work.

What a great experience I had with this clinic! Very smooth and welcoming! Especially Mahmoud who welcomed me and explained the process step by step, was very welcoming and relaxed and made me feel very at ease throughout the entire process! Top guy!

Stay well way from here I come June the 10th for my second visit to be told I need to paid other 2800 pound witch i paid in full first visit and they ask for paper work to prove so I did they tuck the paper work away and a different person come saying we need your paper work to play you paid which then I explained some one as just taking it to be called a lier then I proved it thou WhatsApp to the woman I was speaking to to then be told the woman lied about the price we need more so I sed no I ant paying when I paid in full first time to be threatened to take my passport and then bill me for my taxi and hotel after 1night they wanted other 2500 pound of me I was on my own and scared they put me in a room and sed you better start ring falimy members for money you owe us we did you a favour? Acting. Like they was helping me and they sed I can go back my hotel after 2/3 hours of them telling me I have to paid pushing and pushing for more money and keeping me away for other patience to see what they was doing to me they give me a deadline 8 that next morning or they was taking legal action they only care about your money I paid in full and the proof I shown them they sed in the end that was for first vist and than again I prove by WhatsApp the price was all inclusive from 1st to 2nd visit to be told again the girl lied to me she is now sacked the man who approached me the most was call Mahmoud Suud He was pushing and pushing me to paid and started to threaten me the next day I come back to the uk they got the manger to ring me I explained to her and she was shouting at me calling me a lier I have not paid they trust me I explained to her once again I have proof then she called me a lier and then she started to what’s app me saying she wants to help me she can see what’s happened now please come back we will help you I don’t have to paid again soon I said am scared I come home she turned again saying I need to paid or legal action will be taking against me leaving me with just implant and no crowns be aware of this place poeple the manger is called Rania Médical please stay way

Exceptional experience! Excellent communication from Kenza from start to the end of the journey. She also sent an angel by the name of Oma who stayed with me very patiently all throughout the day. Thank you so much Inci Group! I would definitely recommend!

I was very sceptical coming first time to Turkey for implantation treatment, but my experience was great. 5 implants with bone graft and sinus lift in 2h with no pain. Everything is healing well! Next visit in 6 months to get the crowns done. I would definitely recommend this place and especially Dr. Berre who did the implantation, Oma and Nesrin the medical consultants.

The worst experience I've ever had.

After my initial inquiry, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a "medical advisor." I sent them my existing X-ray and received a quote based on that image: just one implant, to be completed within a week, with no additional costs. I was told nothing more would be required. Trusting this information, I made the big decision to fly all the way from abroad to Turkey.

However, once I arrived and had a new X-ray taken at the clinic, I was told a completely different story. Based on this new image, they said the originally proposed treatment was no longer possible. Instead, I would need four implants, and I would have to return in six months for another one-week stay. The total cost had suddenly quadrupled.

Already being in Istanbul, I had no chance to seek a second opinion. I had no choice but to accept their revised proposal.

What I cannot understand is: why didn’t they request a proper X-ray before giving me a quote? I could have easily provided a more detailed one from my home country—if only they had asked. But they didn’t. Instead, they simply reviewed the single image I sent and gave a vague reassurance, something along the lines of, “this looks okay,” and encouraged me to go ahead and book my trip. It felt overly casual and lacked the professionalism and thoroughness you would expect when making such a significant medical decision.

The treatment itself was painful. Even when I said I was in pain, they dismissed it as “normal” and made me feel like I was overreacting. I even experienced a nosebleed after the surgery, but they still considered it “normal.” The staff were not compassionate or supportive.

The hotel they arranged also left much to be desired. They didn’t even have basic items like ice. I had to walk to a liquor store and pay €2.5 for a small tray of just 24 ice cubes. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak, making it difficult to stay in touch with people back home—which added even more stress to the situation.

Lastly, I need to point out something important: they asked me to delete my negative review in exchange for gifts. I was honestly shocked. But apparently, this kind of practice might be considered normal for them.

I deeply regret choosing this clinic, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

I am just back from Istanbul after being in the care of Incidis international.i had bad experience in first dentist that I had originally set up to go to ..so Imad from Incidis and colleagues had taking me in on last minute and from start to finish really made me feel comfortable..from Imad himself looking after us all the way and to the dentist/surgeon's I cannot recommend these guys highly enough..amazing people ..we were treated like royalty ..can't wait to see you all in 3 months for my final fitting ..please if your reading this take it from me to get your work done here in Incidis..you won't regret it ..thank you all so much again ..

I cannot recommend this dentist to foreigners. Don't go there if you care about your health. If you have money, find another clean clinic. Zero organization, zero hygiene, you will be treated like in a bazaar. In the middle of your treatment, the doctors move on to another treatment. No privacy. You discuss your treatment with secretaries next to the toilet. Prices are agreed in advance, everything is more expensive on the spot. No official price list. No proper advice. Don't let them take you for a ride! They are only interested in your money. I can only advise you not to use this sap store.
