I came all the way from Russia after searching so long on where to have my smile, i found so many clinics in turkey, but INCI DİS stood exceptional, the reviews were super amazing.
The consultation went smoothly.
Berkant my coordinator, made everything super easy, explained all to me.

Then my doctor..... I could cry, he was super professional, he explained each step of the process, and took his time.

Inci Dis was very professional, communicative, organized and the staff was extremely friendly. The dentist was very honest and made great recommendations for my teeth. Berkant is very helpful and knowledgeable. He communicated everything to me very clearly unlike other places I went to. He is a very genuine guy. I got a few consultations about my teeth in Turkey and all of the other clinics I went to seemed dishonest and untrustworthy. Inci Dis gained my trust with their honesty about my teeth and made great recommendations such as only getting implants instead of ruining my great teeth and getting them drilled down for crowns. The surgeon, Dr. Ali Sirali is very skilled. I didn’t even know he was done, he is super fast and efficient. I didn’t feel any pain. After the implants were installed, I looked at the X-ray and it looked amazing. He was also very informative about the post-operation treatment. The dentist who did my cleaning, fillings and teeth whitening, Dr. Selman Budak was very good. He is very patient and answered all of my questions. He kept asking me if I was good throughout the procedures. This clinic didn’t play any games about the prices either, everything was upfront with no hidden fees. The clinic and all of the staff are extremely professional. Once my implants are settled, I already considered coming back and getting veneers from this clinic (not crowns which is what I thought I wanted). I will be telling my friends and family about this clinic. Thank you Inci Dis.

Absolute unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the clinic!
The so-called doctors did not fulfill the requirements that I set for them at the beginning, which were: to restore the bone mass, to put crowns UNDER THE GUM, so that the smile was natural.
Already when my teeth were removed, doctor-diletant said that bone augmentation should not be done, that it is too complicated an operation.
He said that everything will look natural on me. He deceived me. It looks terrible! I asked to reproduce the natural shape of the teeth. Your prosthodontists made the inner surface smooth, it is very uncomfortable. Are you sure you've ever seen human teeth? They are completely different on the inside than what you made!
It is terrible that water and food pass between the front prosthesis and the gums! Your doctors couldn't even seal the crowns! And this means that inflammation is waiting for me very soon! And I will have to spend a lot of money again and look for real doctors, not amateurs.

My teeth hurt every day!

However, your doctor, who placed my crowns on the last day, did not forget to threaten that if I do not pay, I will leave you with the crowns she came with. She said that gum regeneration is impossible if there are no teeth. I was investigating this issue. This is a lie. It can be done.

I believed in the professionalism of your doctors. Spent a lot of money that could have been spent on real treatment!

If your doctors, yesterday's students, dilettantes, do not know how to do something, they should have told me this BEFORE removing my teeth!

You are writing a lie, the treatment was NOT a HEALTHY way for me, I have inflamed gums under the crowns! The photo shows pus coming out from under the prosthesis! You are obliged to compensate me for the costs associated with correcting the consequences of the UNPROFESSIONAL WORK OF YOUR DOCTORS!

The photo shows what the doctor promised to do with a natural smile. No one will notice that these are not your teeth.

When contacting this clinic, be prepared for problems! They smile well here, but are not responsible for harming the patient's health and for fraud!

The clinic does not want to compensate my expenses and correct the situation. Moreover, the doctor writes that pus is normal!!!

Так звані лікарі не виконали тих вимог, які я їм ставила на початку, а це: відновити кісткову масу, поставити коронки ПІД ЯСНА, щоб посмішка була природньою.

Вже коли мені видалили зуби, доктор, чиє ім'я я не можу написати за правилами сайту, хоча вважаю, що люди повинні бачити імена,
сказав, що нарощування кістки не треба робити, що це надто складна операція.
Він сказав, що в мене все виглядатиме природньо. Він мене обманув. Це виглядає жахливо! Я просила відтворити природню форму зубів. Ваші протезисти зробили внутрішню поверхню гладкою, це дуже незручно. Ви впевнені, що бачили колись людські зуби? Вони зовсім інші зсередини, ніж те, що ви зробили!
Жахливо те, що між переднім протезом і яснами проходить вода і їжа! Ваші лікарі навіть не змогли прикріпити коронки герметично! А це означає, що дуже скоро на мене чекають запалення! І мені доведеться знов витрачати великі гроші і шукати дійсно лікарів, а не дилетантів.

В мене щодня болять зуби!

People working in there is just amazing. They are helpful, kind and respectful. Especially Berkant assisted me with a lot of things. Their dentists are amazing. They are very careful and know what they are doing exactly.
