Effective help line

I had to call II about some funds that had not arrived in my account, Zeb took my call and was extremely helpful. The problem is now resolved and he has ensured it will not happen again. It was a nice surprise to find someone on a help line who really took ownership of an issue and sorted it. Furthermore the call was answered very quickly and with zero bot involvement!
The missing star is because the problem should not have occurred in the first place, but that is not the help desk's fault.

New staff member creates good impression.

Just had interaction with new member of Interactive Investor staff (George O) who is a new employee and would like to commend him on his courteous manner and efficiency in answering my query. I'm comfortable with digital assistants but will always choose to speak to a real human whenever possible, and will always choose businesses that retain humans instead of rushing to AI bots to save costs.
