When my order was delivered it was cracked.
Not happy so contacted Igloo straight away with photos.
They immediately dispatched more items to replace broken panels and this time delivered them themselves personally so as to make sure the product wasn't damaged.
Excellent service in customer services fab product.
Would definitely use again.

The products I purchased were very good quality and arrived in excellent condition: very happy with them. Disappointingly, the initial delivery date was not within the time frame given on the website.

Due to the freak spell of bad weather this spring (being dubbed as 'the beast from the east') we'd had to make alternative arrangements on a number of deliveries. Easy to order and very fast delivery
Easy to order and very fast delivery, but some of the panels was damaged at the ends, and the colour on some panels stopped b4 the edge, which left edges with white bits on them,

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Boards are excellent value, although sent the wrong colour, quickly rectified. Others have a few blemishes, but luckily didn't need to use the whole board. I would use again as excellent value and service.

Before i placed the order i spoke to a…
Before i placed the order i spoke to a member of staff.
I ran through with him my specification and my order was compiled as we spoke.
The order was paid for and was told i would receive a call in a day or two to take delivery.
Sure enough the call came through and date arranged, Delivery was on time. (even with snow everywhere).
This was my first order and from start to finish was headache free.
We installed panels with ease and they look great.
I would definitely use these panels again .

Fantastic service and brilliant products
We went to there warehouse as we wanted a specific design the guys there were so very helpful they helped us with measurements and fitting information. Nothing was to much trouble even when we needed more supplies a phone call and they delivered the very next day. The guys at the warehouse where a credit to this company.
The panels are very high quality and look stunning.
I would definitely recommend to others and will be using again.
