Happy people at thier work great bunch did the job no fuss and easy to speak to when needed

There was a phone call on the day to inform us of their expected eta. The team worked well although had to leave to get materials within an hour of arrival. Although they were away for nearly an hour & a half, they were complete by 1430 having vacuumed the carpets all the way to the front door. The lads were polite and friendly and worked well.

The Extraction Group ended a nightmare for us and successfully removed spray foam from our loft which had not been removed properly in the first place . Then also helped us recover some of our debt through a section 75 claim .

I had previously paid a company to remove spray foam insulation, they had done a poor job and have since gone out of business. The roofing felt was in poor condition, torn in places, and I could see tiles and sky in some places. When the Extraction Group team started to remove remaining foam, they found that the felt was in very poor condition and unsuitable for relining, so I decided to have the roofing felt replaced completely. There was no pressure to undertake this unexpected work, and it was fully explained to me. This involved co-ordinating the scaffolder, removal and replacement of solar panels and Extraction Group team, all in bad weather before Xmas. All teams involved were friendly and helpful. They arrived on time, worked long hours and cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had to have spray foam removed from my late father’s roof in order to be able to sell the property.
Declan and Matt were not only totally professional and gave us a no nonsense approach, relayed exactly what would happen, and filled us with reassurance that they would complete the job to our satisfaction, even if it meant they had to return following any surveyor’s report.
They were plain speaking, did not push a hard sell or demean any other contractors, we felt very assured to give them the job.
The neighbours said that the guys on site kept them informed and tried to keep noise down to a minimum. One neighbour was very impressed.
We did have to ask the team back, and it was no problem, no quibble and small remedial works were done very quickly to satisfy tour buyer’s surveyor.
Declan and team were always at the end of a text or email, got the photos and reports, warranties etc to us without delay. We were overwhelmed with their need to ensure complete satisfaction.
I cannot thank them enough. Amazing service in what is a real mine field where spray foam installation needs removing. We made the right choice based on frankness and personality.

The extraction group went above and beyond for my mum having her roof done. Really reliable company, great customer service skills and the the roof job was AMAZING. 100% will be recommending to anyone I know!

I worked along side the extraction group recently on a project offering a reroof for a client, aswell as re-pointing (I provided the scaffolding) they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone thinking about using them or working with them!

The extraction group saved the day for me as right before the completion of our property a survey revealed spray foam insulation that we didn’t even know we had after living here for 10 years. Obviously we had to get this sorted to enable us to sell our home and the extraction group took care of the whole job from start to finish, I didn’t have to worry about a thing even down to cleaning and clearing away all of the rubbish at the end. The house passed its survey once they had completed there work and we were able to move so, needless to say I would reccomend them to anyone! Declan and the team are always on hand for any questions throughout the job too. Thanks guys!

Excellent work carried out by the extraction group, done to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with spray foam. Very respectful to our property and possessions in work areas.

I had foam insulation installed and then paid another company to have it extracted; both companies have since gone into liquidation. I called for a report, only to find that the insulation foil installed was hiding poor workmanship, and most of the foam remained. I then employed The Extraction Group to remove the remaining foam, repair the roof felt, treat the timbers and provide extra insulation. The Extraction Group (Scott and Marcus) carried out the work diligently and expertly over two days, and without hesitation, I can recommend this firm.

An absolutely great experience from start to finish

Declan who is one of the owners of the company came to assess the situation and was very clear and professional about what they could achieve how long it would take and what the cost would be

I moved into a new home which was unexpectedly cold due to a large space under these suspended floor

Never having come across this before I wasn't sure how to improve the situation

Declan recommended using underfloor insulation. He suggested rock wool of a sufficient thickness to improve the thermal performance of the house also was clear that pipes would still remain accessible it would not be affected by any rodent damage and that they would be able to access all parts by doing the necessary building work and then making good afterwards

At all points he made me feel confident that the job was possible the price was excellent and the team absolutely fantastic on site

Arrived on time they helped me move furniture with out even having to be asked

They lifted carpets they made access points in a clean and professional way

Job was done swiftly all of the team work tirelessly in difficult conditions

At the end of the job everything was replaced as it had been before

At all points I was showing the work and pictures of the more and accessible parts that I couldn't see for myself

Already the houses feeling warmer and by the change in sound in the house I know that the insulation is working and doing its job

I cannot recommend them highly enough for doing this kind of work as well that is to insulate under floors to give the house a greater improved EPC and thermal performance

We were informed by the representative who came to our house that the work would be undertaken by their qualified team and a visit from a surveyor would come at the end of the work and pass the work as being done correctly issue us with an insurance back warranty policy to protect us for the next ten years we had no surveyors come to pass the work on completion and we got a none insurance backed company 10 year warranty hand written not even typed and unsigned piece of paper.

After an unfortunate start a second crew arrived and did a great rectification job . They cleared up before they left -- no complaints , and now very happy with the completed job .

4x for taking it out pleasant worker’s checked and fitted extra insulation to floor of attic also left everything clean and tidy.
NOT HAPPY: lost £5000 on having it installed and then told it would damage roof if left in.

The Extraction Group was recommended to me and they have provided an excellent service. Very clear explanation of work to be carried out and cost of work.
The team that carried out the work were very friendly and efficient and cleared up after work was completed.
I would happily recommend.

Wonderful work carried out at my mother and fathers property, the spray foam was previously not removed correctly and remnants of the foam had slipped down into the cavities, this was rectified and sorted very professionally by a great team and of young men who made us feel at ease. Highly recommend

The Extraction group have been brilliant. Having troubles with mould and damp with my baby daughter’s bedroom,and other parts of the house. They have made the whole family feel at ease with the fantastic and such helpful work they provided.
