Well organised

Great service from the team this week…

Great service from the team this week to change all the radiator valves, two sink taps and get ready to install a new shower. Friendly, professional and incredibly tidy and all whilst I worked from home. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them in future.

Boiler leak fixed quickly

I phoned in the morning needing attention to a boiler leak which was not urgent as the boiler was running ok but the leak was not visible. Sam arrived at 16.00 hrs and after a lengthy investigation of boiler and radiators he found the leak and fixed it - Super Service thank you

Had a great experience with Warmflame…

Had a great experience with Warmflame from start to finish. They installed a new shower, fitted new basin taps, and also serviced my boiler. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with no fuss.

The team were friendly, tidy, and explained what they were doing as they went along, which was really reassuring. The work was completed to a high standard and everything is working perfectly.

Would happily recommend Warmflame to anyone looking for reliable, quality plumbing and heating work.

Courteous and professional

Had to wait a while as it was over Christmas but they came punctually to fix our boiler on the appointed date. Very courteous and professional approach - they even had overshoes! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great througout

I discovered warmflame through simple Google searches and saw they had a good reputation and began communication through their messaging service. Replies were quick, informal and the waiting time wasn't long.

Mike on arrival too leaving was polite, friendly and informal of what needs doing and how it all works.
The fix was made within the hour and I think their pricing is good value for the quality of work.

I will be using them in the future for yearly servicing and for any future issues I cannot rectify myself.

Booked for an annual boiler service

Booked for an annual boiler service. I was advised by text when Mike was near and he arrived punctually. He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how to take payment. He took just over an hour for a thorough servicing which included a report with photographs and payment was very easily completed. Mike was completely respectful at all times to myself and my elderly father. He also ensured he left everything as found with no mess. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for boiler servicing and other work he carries out. I also think his prices offer value for money as he provides an in depth servicing. Many thanks, will be using again.
