Never even heard of Id gaming before, but I was impressed on the design, plus I love huge mouse mats, I went ahead & ordered the space odyssey in royal blue colour & the goliath size,very quickly delivered,not cheap but I think it was worth it, I'm very happy with it & 100% I will be ordering more in the future.

Amazing service, ordered it Sunday, order confirmed Monday and made on Monday, delivered Tuesday. Material feels good as well, although I did use it as it’s a Christmas gift

Ordered a custom mouse pad 31st Oct but noticed I'd made a minor error in the delivery/billing address. I immediately contacted iD Gaming, providing the corrected address.

The next day I got a notification stating the item had been shipped. When I checked the tracking details, the courier had been given the incorrect address. When I attempted to correct the address with the courier, they pointed me back to iD Gaming.

After 6 days (4 working days) of no response from customer support, the courier changed the tracking details to "returning to sender" presumabley because they were unable to deliver to the faulty address.
I immediately contacted iD Gaming again asking for clarification and what they intended to do to make the situation right.

It's now been 7 days, and I've still no response.

Update 10th Nov: Along with iD Gaming's response below, I've now had a response to my 2nd email to customer service. They've apologised, confirmed the issue appears to have been with the address error, and are remaking the order free of charge with the corrected address.

Update 19th Nov: Item has arrived and is exactly what I hoped for. I had no further issues with the delivery process. Updating from 1 star to 3.

Mousemat still has not arrived, no significant update from evri.
Not directly ID Gaming’s fault, however evri are known to be unreliable

Impressive quality, it comes with its own case and a cute ribbon, highly recommend it

Ordered a mouse pad 3 weeks ago, still no news about it, REALLY ANGRY because they do not even answer to my emails.

Just received my desk mat, printed with one of my created images. It’s awesome, colour accurate and top print quality. So pleased, thank you.

Excellent product, even better than advertised. High quality material, washable, and the print is exactly as shown on the website.

Awesome mousepad, boss design!

Have just got a new desk and monitor set-up (along with new mouse and keyboard) and wanted something just right to set it off. A chance comment by a co-worker got me onto this amazing company and a mousepad was eventually chosen, ordered - delivery was quick-smart too!!

I use my setup for Photography post processing and the surface of the pad is perfect for my needs, whilst protecting the desk and mouse.

[Typically, the missus now wants one - quite why she couldn't have mentioned this at the time and we could have benefitted from a 3 for 2 offer I don't know?!]

The cost is pretty high, nevertheless a good quality easy to clean 120x60cm mouse mat with a good graphic is still worthwhile, I would say £60 is a bit pricy for it.

I ordered an ID Gaming Desktop mat and I have to say it is beautiful. Really pleased with the design and the extra information ID gaming give you on how to take good care of it. Will definitely be getting another design from them.

Great packaging! Like the card with info on it for cleaning the pad.

I have my pad for a year now and its great but some of the edge is coming lose:(

Did not expect this quality given the cost of the mousepads. I've only just unboxed the mousepad but the print quality so far is amazing. Here's to hoping it'll last!

First things first, the packaging is super sleek and very well put together. Secondly the mousepad itself is very nice and great material.

Overall a 10/10 experience

I was sceptic when i first saw the ads on facebook a while ago but it is worth every penny! The finish look is amazing. The print is flawless. The sizing is perfect to fit every single need! Love it!
