Ery good service product and price

Pakket nooit aangekomen. Na heen en weer mailen met de klantenservice geen reactie meer. Vermijden zou ik zeggen!

Never received my package. After going back and forward for a while with the service desk they just stopped answering. Think twice before ordering

UPDATE - 03/11/2025:
After my review, iD Gaming gave me an update that they were waiting for the item to be returned to them. After a short amount of days, they replied back that they would resend the parcel as apparently the carrier lost the package when returning it to iD Gaming. I have now received my order and it looks great!

I would have liked the update regarding the parcel and the carrier instead of the silence from customer service before my review, but all in all the customer service helped me out, which is why I updated this review.

Love the choice of designs and sizes but most importantly you can tell straight away that this is a top quality product. Great service and fast delivery too.

Ordered a custom mousepad. Came in great time, got exactly what I wanted. The only problem I had was that it smelled like used socks. I've tried airing it out but the smell is still there. I might have to already clean it.

i’ll start off with the customer service. i purchased a custom desk pad and i didn’t realize i was putting the picture out of the borders risking the words i wanted getting cut off. luckily for me, an associate reached out to me and asked me if i would like to resubmit my image so it wouldn’t get messed up! definitely the best customer service i’ve ever seen a company have! i was very grateful for this. they also told me that the image and text i had chosen might result in low dpi but honestly they did such a great job at printing it that i can’t even tell, i absolutely love this pad and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone i know. shipping was pretty fast and i was able to track it the entire time. the packaging was very neat and pretty, it comes rolled up in a bag and tied very nicely. love how the qr code for reviews and how to properly clean the pad was included in it. love this company! thank you.

Really great feel and design

The pad is really beautiful, as the image is exactly the same displayed on the site. Also the quality of the materials feels good.

Really excellent quality desk pads with huge choice of designs and sizes, I ordered different ones for home and work. The presentation is great too so makes a nice gift. There’s a slight smell from the rubber backing at first but this goes away after a day or two!

I bought three mouse pads and they’re all really good. One of them had a stitch problem on the edge, so I emailed customer support. They were quick to help and sent me a new pad for free, no questions asked.

Overall, the whole experience was great. Good products and friendly service. I definitely recommend them and will buy more in the future!

The deskmat/mousemat quality is superb. There’s 0 friction for my mouse and wrist. It’s comfy for my wrist too. The included instructions for cleaning are especially useful too. Not to mention the very premium bag that it comes in. I know where to recommend my girlfriend and friends go to buy a mousemat.

So, to start things off for those who have had similar experiences, NO IT DOESNT COME WITH ANY CRINKLES, it comes in the most pristine packagaing to make sure it doesnt come moldy, crinkled, or dirty from transporting your good, i know im speaking like some sort of bot, but no, im an Australian wanting to show you lot the quality and love that was put into this, feels great, smells great, looks great. Took a couple weeks to get here of course, being over seas, but i cant complain, i will be back at some stage and will be recommending you guys to my friends!

If you think that these mouse mat designs are kind of too good to be true or won't be as high quality as they maybe look on the pictures, you're just as cynical as me.
I've been looking for deskpads that appeal to me design-wise, have the correct size for my desk, and don't break the bank due to import costs from the US for a while.

I ordered 3 mats (buy 2 get 1 free), and these are some of the highest quality products I've ever seen and felt.
I've been using more known websites (in the keyboard "hobby") for a while now, and the designs have always been kind of limited.
Now, I feel like I struck gold with a company that essentially has unlimited choices and that is trustworthy.
They were also pretty fast in terms of delivery!

You will not regret buying from this website.

The only negative thing is that they're so good, I'm thinking of getting a couple more.

Because of the tariff thing going on it took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait, I was concerned why it was taking so long but customer service responded quickly and told me it will arrive this day and it did. The mousepad looks good online and on YouTube videos but it looks even better in person, Im very satisfied.

I absolutely love my new desk mat, really good quality and the colours are very vibrant. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Such a large number of print options, incredibly priced (got 3 for 2) and the quality of the mats are fantastic. Very happy with my order and will be my go to for mouse mats in the future.
