while i appreciate the company reprinting my order after it got lost in the system; this seamed to happen twice within a 2 month period, i have since received my order but i feel like the delivery system used is not reliable and perhaps they should change it to just UPS as they have been proven to be reliable.
In conclusion, i am very happy with the product i received and am currently using it. Thank you Jordan for your Assistance.

I ordered the '120 x 60 cm - 4mm thick' variant from UCM's choices of custom deskmats. I am overall very satisfied!

Jordan from customer comms./support was very polite and allowed for conducive communication over the specifics of my design and deskmat-size requests. Once that planning was locked in, printing and shipping was so quick that mine arrived before the estimated shipping date! The deskmat perfectly covered the entire top of my new desk, with smoother feel, softer thickness, and equivalent (if not better) hybrid-glide to an Artisan mousepad I'm ditching!

I had only a few small issues... The deskmat arrived with creases and divots in the cloth. However, if yours arrives this way, do not fret - Careful dry-ironing on low to medium heat smooths everything right out! As well, it emanated this factory-rubber smell, which dissipated after a day of letting my room air-out.

I've been buying from Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads for years. First for myself, but my wife loved them, so I've been buying them for her too. Every couple years or so we get new ones just to mix it up, they never wear out. In all this time I've only had an issue with the LEDs on one of them and Ultimate sent me a new one for free, shipping covered, far outside of the standard return window. As long as they're around I'll keep buying.

When searching for a company to provide my Custom mat, Ultimate stood out from the start. I realized they may not be as quick at delivering, but the time was actually quite reasonable. Besides - I told my self that great things are worth waiting for. But everything else was optimal. I am so pleased with the final design, & then the actual product. Fantastic. I even showed it on a group chat, & I never show things like that, or anything personal, normally. But I was that pleased.

Jordan got back to me quickly with the draft for approval, & I made a few additions & variations before approval. Jordan never got cross or impatient, & the results are fantastic. A true professional! Thank you!

In fact, I was so pleased with them, & myself, that I've already started to arrange a new custom design, in my head, for the future. It was more like a therapy .

The quality of the mousepad is great and the image came out fantastic.

Great quality product, but also my image didn't quite fit due to the safe zone, they did a great job of extending the image so I didn't have half a head.

Wonderful product, exactly as requested. Took my design and listen to my comments and came out amazing. Great color saturation.
Wish it came a little thicker. But that doesn't detract at all.
