All good. Second time using IDGaming. i used another company in between and wish i didnt. Best part is they can be washed in the machine. 1st one lasted 5 years, still works but getting a bit faded - but would have lasted longer if i didnt wash it so often. Just use a damp cloth and only wash if really soiled.

Literally amazing products the image detail on your mouse pads is amazing. I ordered the second largest thigh I believe and I bought three of them and all three of them are super awesome!

I would personally recommend these mouse pads for anyone whether you have a gaming or workstation set up. They’re a really nice personal touch cause I have lots of options!

The quality of the mousepads was great, i bought the 3x2 2 of them where custom and i receive them 9 days later, bought it on tuesday (Spain).

Timescale and delivery was great. Wasn't completely happy with my order and tried to return. Wasn't even offered an exchange. I get there's a policy. But the quality for me just doesnt match the price. Love the design. Other than that it looks ok on my setup.

Bought 3 custom pads all turned out perfect, awesome quality. Order delivered no issues well packaged and has a nice bag for each of them.

Turned out so good more friends want them, which i have no issue doing the same buy 2 get one free.

I have to admit to being extremely disappointed with the service I got from iD Gaming. It took over a month for my mouse pad to arrive. While I am confident that the courier lost my initial parcel, the process of raising the issue with iD Gaming, getting it escalated and getting a replacement was slow and poor. The situation was even worse as I was buying for my son who used his Christmas money for the order, so I had him asking me every day if it had arrived yet!

I bought from them because I wanted to support a small company rather than giving my money to someone like Amazon, but unless they significantly improve their support process, I won’t be buying from them again 😞

Product is great, prices aren’t bad. Shame they ignored my communication preferences and spammed me with emails anyway. Would’ve been a five otherwise. If you want reoccurring revenue from me fix it.

Their website was very easy to navigate, I really liked the feature where it shows the sizes and what they will look like on a desk. This helped me a lot when picking out a desk mat. The quality is superb and the image on it is crisp and clear. This was also a gift to my little gamer daughter who is currently in her pink and white setup so it fit perfectly. Overall I’m very happy with the service and the product and will be ordering myself one as well!

Although I had troubles with delivery due to miss communication, I can say without a doubt this is the best mouse pad I have ever had, absolutely in love and quality is outstanding. Highly recommend and and will definitely be buying from them again

Absolutely love my gaming pad from ID Gaming. I went with a custom design so I was apprehensive about how it would print and it came out stunning! Exceeded my expectations and now I've got the itch to design more for friends and family ID Gaming mats for everyone!

The desk matt arrived quickly.

I’m based in the US and was looking for a mat to use on my table for presenting collectibles on Instagram — I didn’t want just a plain black background. I came across the oversized mouse pads from iDGaming, and I’m really glad I did.

The quality is excellent, the print looks great, and they offer a wide range of sizes depending on what you need. Shipping was free, and there were no additional import or surprise fees for US customers.

The mousepad was a much higher quality than I expected. Image was pristine and feel was perfect

Never received the parcel Evri lost the parcel and the customer service from ID GAMING has been unresponsive to me trying to get a resolution. Would not recommend.
Update: finally got a response from ID Gaming they are sending a replacement through a different courier will have to wait and see if it arrives this time.
