Ordered a gaming pad.
never arrived.
when asking customer service about it they said they would open an investigation. weeks later i ask where they are in their investigation and they still have not answered me on that after 2 weeks.
i also got a mail with "we hope you like your mousepad" that i also answered with that i've not gotten it. that email also has not been answered.

i feel scammed

It was very easy to purchase from the website, the mousepads are easily searched too. I’m very impressed with the presentation of the pad, it was in a protected dust cover nicely packaged. The mousepads actually looks a lot better than the photos on their site, vibrant colours, can’t fault their workmanship. Over all very happy with my purchase.

I bought two mousepads for me and my wife. Luckily, I ordered at the right time, because I even got one for free (gave it to a friend). I live in Germany and the mousepads arrived after 6 days, which was earlier than I expected tbh. The quality is great and the colours are intense. I’m very happy and will order again, if I ever need another mousepad :)

Price is definitely worth it for how well made the mousepad is. The quality is very high and it makes mouse movements feel very smooth and the glide is fantastic. Very fast delivery of only 4 business days in Ireland.

My second time getting a desk mat from ID Gaming. This time round, I bought 3 (2 for my mates). Amazing quality, my 2yr old mat not a single fray or anything (I just abused the hell out of it with knives soldering irons etc). Very reasonably priced, free delivery, tonnessss of designs, high quality soft and comes in a very nice fabric pouch for storage. Couldn’t ask for more for the price really.

I dont leave reviews on products often so you know when I do leave a one it has to be good. I got this mouse pad from my local pc shop to kinda juat treat myself with something nice, and this has to be the nicest pad ive ever used it is large and so smooth my mouse just glides like its on air. It is so easy to clean and for once a mouse pad that is machine washer safe, so no more cleaning by hand. I hope idgaming keeps makeing these pads.

lovely quality desk mats with a really good print, colour depth, and stitched edges. Lots of size options and nice bulk pricing options!

I created my graphic design based on the guidelines provided, and I have to say they did a great job. The pad is very well made, but it's a shame that part of the design didn't make it into print, but that was my mistake in the design process.
Really fast shipping.

The print quality is not as vibrant as it is shown on the product photos, it looks dull in comparison unfortunately which is a huge let down as this was bought as a gift and it was £30. I asked to return my order but was informed that "Even though the design you selected is one of our standard designs, all of our mouse mats are produced individually once an order is placed rather than being held as pre-manufactured stock. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for change of mind, even if the item remains unopened"

The FAQ regarding returns needs to be updated in my opinion to include more information as it feels too vague, whereas my support email reply was detailed, it should also include information about the fact that an item cannot be return even if it has been unopened. The FAQ reads "Due to the made to order nature of the product, all refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis".

Had some issues with delivery Evri lost the parcel then found it again usual with them, ordered 3 mousepads for the buy 2 get 1 free offer I have never had a better mousepad in my life quality is unreal very very smooth mouse glide print and overall quality it's 100/10, extra points for good communication as well after emailing about delivery issues

Excellent mat quality! Fast shipping and delivery(got in about a week which is dope considering overseas transit)! Definitely will be purchasing from ID gaming again. Also, very consistent with email updates regarding order status and general care and maintenance tips for the items!! You don’t see that often enough!

Have ordered several items previously with no issues. Hence was happy to be a returning customer.

The order was fulfilled on time. Sadly, the new mouse mat delivered had an issue with the print.

The image quality was poor, with dark colours indistinguishable against the background. Not what I was expecting , compared to what was shown on the website.

Contacted iD Gaming about the issue, and whilst it took a few days to resolve with several email exchanges, a no quibble, full refund was provided.

If a company is to be measured on how they deal with issues, iD Gaming cannot be faulted. It's refreshing to deal with a company that values customer service, which is not always the case when buying online.

Will happily order an alternative once I can decide which design to choose.

Easy to use website. Easy to navigate around, but it's so hard to choose what you want as there is so much choice! Delivery was as expected and the quality of the mouse pad is great. It looks fantastic too. Very happy with my purchase, will order again.
