Honestly stay away i ordered one of there gaming pads not cheap BTW paid about 150$ and then they lost my package once i contacted them about it they then wanted me to pay more when on there website it says free shipping over 50$ or so buy at your own risk (ps they wouldn't give me a refund and I still have not gotten the package scam site)

The mousepad was perfect. I had a little hiccup with receiving the wrong size mousepad at first, but I reached out to the ID gaming customer service team and it was quickly resolved. My husband loved his gift so much!

I am truly amazed by this company and their product. I bought the "Kaiju Waves" 90x40 mousepad and I am stunned at the insane price to quality ratio. I expected just another dropshipped chinese bad quality mousepad at the price of €30 (incl. shipping), but I got a marvelous product instead. The quality is really good and it is stitched and built well, the motif is EXACTLY like the preview image, and the performance (glide etc.) is amazing. I truly, and I mean truly, endorse this company and its product.

The mousepad was delivered within the alloted time period (3-8 days) and came in a premium felt bag.

I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and/or family members who might need a new mousepad.

Order was shipped out after the holidays as sai from an email but was never delivered to my house. I contacted support got a response about 4 days later saying we are sorry we will raise a ticket with the carrier that will take 3-5 days it took 6 days to receive an update from that email saying it was lost at JFK airport. Shortly after that they sent email saying they will resend it. The last email I sent was Wednesday and it was me asking about getting a tracking number for this new order that was being sent. It’s been 5 days since and I haven’t gotten a response. I am very close to asking for a refund. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE FROM OVER SEAS!!!!

Having recently invested in an IKEA Linnmon desk for my gaming & streaming setup I needed a mousepad to cover the whole surface of the desk in its entirety. After browsing the website for a design that I liked I settled on the Gamer Ink which was a Japanese PlayStation controller button symbol display against a black backdrop.

I contacted the team first of all to double check that their 100 cm by 60 cm size pad would cover the whole of my desk which I was assured it would. Therefore, I then bit the bullet and pulled the trigger on my first purchase.

Upon receiving the pad it arrived packaged very well and was encased in a very premium feeling carrying bag/pouch. Overall I’m over the moon with my purchase and I will definitely consider buying more in the future.

I ordered during the post-Christmas busy period and I’m guessing, with a smallish team, it took longer than normal to arrive. However, I was massively happy when it arrived and the quality is absolutely top notch. I created a mammoth custom mat and I’m happy with how vibrant the colours are and the quality of the mat is superb.

Highly recommend and they can back the most affordable out of all the custom gaming mat designers I could find online.

Will definitely be using again!

Absolutely perfect, I dropped my design into the builder and a week later it arrived. My only problem with the whole experience was EVRi as I they took 5 days to deliver
