The only cons i find with the case (which didn't happen with my previous iPhone X case) is that the magnet is not strong enough to hold my Huawei p30 pro on the car's phone holder magnet. Otherwise very happy with it

It is a nightmare to return a product !
Ordered a wrong cover which I wanted to return and got to know that I have to pay myself for the return. Then a really bad customer service.. talked to an automatic chat about the return and sent an e mail regarding how to return .. never got a reply ! Well then I registered my return online and got the information that I have to print the return specification and send the product. I have no printer available so I wrote all the information on a paper and returned the product almost two weeks ago .. still not heard anything! Well don't purchase their product online unless you are sure what you want . Had a great experience at the shop in Emporia

Bought 4 products, two cases and two ring mounts! The mounts don’t work and the quality of cases don’t match the price. Their support sent me a video on how to use the mount instead of supporting!

Shocking. I placed an order with this company, its been at same stage of process( passed to warehouse for 6 days.
When I message I either get no response or just there are delays. Ive emailed to raise a complaint and surprise surprise there is a delay in that.
I wonder if this company is fraudulent and will be cancelling my order placed through Klarna if no response by tomorrow afternoon.
If companies like amazon can get orders out the next day, there is no reason why its taken 7 days so far and my items not even be picked.

This is the fourth time I have ordered and I have never seen such a delay and they do not respond to emails. I also accidentally put a product in my order and could not change it. If you do not want to lose customers change some things and customer service

I ordered a phone case on 27th November. After finding out it hadn't even been posted on 7/12/20, I emailed the company. No response, no apology for dealy, but the case has arrived today (9/12/20). I am very happy with my purchase, but it is such a shame that the company has no idea about customer service. I don't think I will be buying from or recommending the company to anyone.

I ordered a bunch of products during their Black Friday sale and they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I never received an email with any tracking information and kept checking their website which stated that my order had not yet been sent. 2 weeks later, I received an email that said that they need me to write my address in Latin characters, despite the Greek website being in Greek. No where did it state that the address should be in Latin characters. Regardless, I emailed them back with the proper address and was told that they would forward it to the warehouse. Today, I received an email that stated that they canceled my order without my knowledge and to re-order everything again AT ORIGINAL PRICE. Do not recommend shopping with this company unless you want to be left empty-handed. This is ridiculous.

According to my girlfriend, (who is using their products), item condition and quality is always excellent.
I am mostly rating my experience with customer support as they helped me even though i was being a smartass.
(google dictionary: a person who is irritating because they behave as if they know everything.
Yup that was definitely me...).

So yeah, 5/5 from me.
