Frustrating shopping and product experience. Initial order never arrived, and customer service kept stalling by repeatedly asking for more patience while waiting for the package. After almost two months, a replacement item was finally shipped. When it arrived, I was very disappointed to discover that the phone case I ordered did not fit the model I purchased it for properly. Customer service then informed me that one and the same case is sold for several iPhone models. I now have a case that I will not use, as the cutout around the camera is much too big for the model I own (iPhone 16e), exposing the camera and parts of the back of the phone to possible damage. In addition, access to the side buttons is unsatisfactory as well.

I have ordered a phone case two different times and on both times my phone has broken (ip 11 and ip 11 pro) when fallen on the ground. Cant recomment to anyone. Its pretty but it doesnt protect your phone. Even 5e cover has more protection than these.

Everything went wrong. Goods not delivered at chosen location, but one compelling to spend one hour driving. Do not accept free return (10 EUR to pay). Difficult to get in touch with customer service. They send "norreply" emails. Their delivery service too. Chatbot useless.

I ordered a glass protection and with 1 little knock it broke!! Extremely poor quality for the price you pay. now i know what i regret buying in 2025.

Pathetic products and return policy. Ordered a case for iphone 13 and they sent a "standard SKU product" which fits 13/14/15/16e apparently. However, it fits terribly with a huge gap around the camera cut-out. Now if I want to return it, I need to pay 7,90 euros. So huzzah for pricey shitty products! I regret not buying from Holdit (which i always did before without any complaints)

I love their designs and the fact that they cater for different themes, occasions. I am happy with quality of cases and that they look glamorous. Protection is OK. They are one of the thin ones on the market.

Terrible quality. Don’t bother, buy something else.

1,7 rating on trustpilot and I’m not surprised, they don’t care at all.

They failed to deliver my package and now want to charge me 10€ for the delivery, when I already paid 4,99€ for shipping.

Initially I bought a silicone case for iPhone 16 through a market place and I liked it a lot. Next time decided to check the offer on the producer’s website, and found out that it was a better deal, negative reviews on TrustPilot made me doubt though, but having had good experience with their product before I decided to try. And never regretted it. Delivered as promised, not super fast but within the promised range and the quality of the items is great! For comparison, original iPhone silicon protective case is around 40 euro, I bought my case for 20, and it’s really good!

I recently bought an iPhone 13 Pro case from Ideal of Sweden (Fashion Case Golden Twilight) and it got broken not even one week after purchase! Despite the nice design the case is entirely made of bad quality plastic that is not built to last. For comparison, the previous cased I owned from another brand lasted more than 3 years. Save your money and buy something better elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous returns process customer services is awful. Quality of phone cases are rubbish cost me £15 to send it back and they still haven’t refunded me be wary of this company.

Magnetic field is disturbing use the camera, iphone is warning for that!!

I recently purchased a phone case for my iPhone from Ideal of Sweden, and I am beyond disappointed.

The website promotes these products as premium, high-quality items, but the reality couldn’t be further from that. I ended up paying a hefty price for a case that’s of exceptionally poor quality, and I deeply regret my purchase.

As soon as I received it, I noticed several defects. The case had air bubbles trapped inside that refuse to disappear, completely ruining its appearance and the sleek, fresh look it was supposed to offer.

Ideal of Sweden also touts that their cases are made from recycled materials, which they use as a selling point to appeal to eco-conscious customers. However, this seems like nothing more than "greenwashing" — a marketing tactic to distract from the fact that the product simply isn’t up to par. At the end of the day, the quality of the product matters most, and this one falls short.

I feel completely misled and regret spending money on something that doesn’t live up to its promises. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone — it’s all style with no substance.

In conclusion: Ideal of Sweden offers overpriced, low-quality phone cases, disguised by deceptive luxury marketing. It's nothing but misleading, empty claims!

Ordered from Swedish website but they ship from Germany and they cant update order or address details once submitted.
This is my third case of same model but first time it starts peeling on day 2…
Time to find new supplier not maximising profit over quality

I want to write a review about the Charm Sweet Cherry. I absolutely loved how cute it looked and the vibe it gave off. But on the first day of wearing this accessory with my Ideal of Sweden case, it got lost. The clasp was attached to the base of the Chain Wristlet, and I was extremely upset when I noticed that my cherry was gone. The case and chain are fine, but considering the poor quality of the charm, it’s just disappointing for the brand. Not what you’d expect from a €13 item.

The phone case that I bought had a strap, it was beautiful but it started to break after two weeks of use. And the cases aren’t cheap! I tried getting in touch with them multiple time, multiple ways but never got a response. I truly hope you have a better experience than me but I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a phone case for the iphone 13, they cancelled my order for a reason that I still don’t know (they gave my money back). I ordered it again and when it arrived I saw that it was for the iphone 15, I contacted them and they said that the phone case is for iphone 13, 14 and 15. This is not true, the phone case doesn’t fit well for the camera. I don’t recommend you to order with them.

The item arrived damaged. And refund was never made.

Never received my items and wasn’t contacted my the store to inform me at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM YOU MIGHT NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS.

Also insanely overpriced and they will try to cheat you by offering a refund but taking away a certain amount as “processing fee”. Er…. It isn’t my fault they did not deliver my item and did not bother to inform me that the items had been shipped back to them. But they made me pay for their mistake. Scam company.

The cases are not that protective at all. They don't cover the entire phone properly. I returned the 3 of them that I bought immediately because I knew it would mean that my phone would break in the moment I dropped it.
