I just bought a powerbank from your company and it's my first time to use it. I made sure I charged it full before using it. It says that it can charge up to 2 phones (fully charge) but truth is,
it didn't even make my phone fully charge and then went off.

I ordered on 13 January. They delivered my item on 8 February, one month later. And the order has not come yet today 1st of March. The assigned agent didn’t admit that the company made a mistake (Sending the item one month later) and refused to make me a refund. He claimed that the item I ordered was out of stock. But that is not true since when I ordered the item seemed to be in stock but even if it wasn’t and they’d forgot change it on the website, nobody informed me about that by email. So I was waiting for my ordered within 14 days. He was trying to find excuses to have a reason why he can’t refund me. That is ridiculous. This is the worst shop with the most unprofessional agents and that really surprised me because it’s got so many followers in the social media and seems reliable but that is not true. Avoid buying from this shop. They don’t give you back your money and they ship your order whenever they want, approx two months later you will get your order.

I am waiting almost two months for a case !
After one month they told me that my order has returned for some reason(no one knows). I made the order again (my mistake) and I am still waiting .
Of course no one can help me (only robots in the chat) . I hope I will receive my order in three months ...who knows!

It is hard giving it 1star as after 14 days I am still waiting for it to arrive!!!!! So much for fast delivery! The customer service chat line said thought it had left warehouse but still shows estimated to be picked up by PostNord over a week ago! Maybe worth spending as much attention to customer service as marketing would help!
Not impressed!

My phone case is dented in very visible way, perfectly in the middle with the exact shape of wallet you can pair up with it. Someone broke it, returned and they kept sending it. I claimed it but still waiting for the answer 🤷‍♀️

Second case and best case I have ever bought, even when it fell it protected my phone, so a must buy for my new phone would always choose and recommend Ideal.
Delivery was fantastic and quick also.

Completely unprofessional on your part that after a month you informed me now about the status of my order. It is supposed to be one of the most reliable companies but I was probably wrong.
I will certainly not order anything from them again unacceptable behavior after a month and that I have placed the order.

Save yourselves, save your pocket, save your money! After 2 months still waiting for my phone case, which as it seems has been delivered back to sender! If you are thinking of buying something from idealofsweden please don't, you will just lose your money! After 2 months I received an email that was asking my name adress etc, again. They are so unorganized. Propably a scam! Just do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from them! So sad, so disappointed!

Except the fact that I have ordered 3 times from this company and I have never received my orders because they were arriving in greece but there was always “ a problem and they were going back to Sweden! Also, I was asking to resend me my orders but the packages that I have ordered where then “in stock” and they go to clients that have ordered them after me, which is rediculous since I have paid. I never got a passcode or a sale code just to show me that they were really sorry for all the trouble I got in! Seriously, for all the 3 of my orders I was waiting 1-2 months and if you don’t communicate you will never know what’s going on! Unacceptable!!! I’ll never buy from them again!

1st of all VERY bad customer service. You should ditch your bot and provide real assistance to your customers.
2nd, I am still waiting for my items and I can not find a way to cancel the order.
Please cancel my order and I Will not be buying again from you.

Placed my order on 30th of November.On the 3th of December - my order was departing from Germany.One month and a half after - still received nothing!Contacted the customers service line twice - which wasn't really much of a help - since they just told me to wait.On the 15th Of January the tracking status of my order showed that it finally came to Greece!!Two weeks after - this morning- the delivery tracking status of my order shows my parcel departing again from Germany!!! I contacted the company again and they asked me to pay the shipping costs after they said to re-place my order without the discount I had on my first order as they couldn’t find my address (which doesn’t apply).

Hello - I so wanted to love Ideal of Sweden products, but unfortunately it's been a disappointing experience.
I ordered the Golden Jade phone case, a Magnetic Ring Mount, and the QI Charger.
The ring mount comes with an 'additional' metal plate to be stuck to the phone case, but if you do stick it on the case, your phone will no longer charge on the QI charger due to the metal, so in order to charge your phone you will need to remove the case every time you charge the phone, that is a pain. Also based on how poorly the magnetic ring mount holds the phone, never, never trust it. Phones these days are way too expensive to rely on this magnetic holder.
Also don't be in a hurry if your expecting a fast charge from the QI charger, it is anything but fast.
I must say the packaging is lovely, but packaging isn't what I'm buying these products for.
Sorry guys, like I said I was truly looking forward to receiving these products.

This is a fraudulent company operating from China as a subsidiary of the Swedish company. I ordered some items from them and after noticing something off through the confirmation email I received for my purchases, I contacted them immediately to cancel my order and have not yet heard from them. I’ve called the number (Texas Number) on their so called American website numerous times to no avail. I’ve now gotten PayPal involved in an attempt to get my money back.

I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. I ordered a phone case on november 27 and I'm still waiting..
Today I am informed from the delivery company that a mistake was happened and my order had to return from Greece back to Sweden.
If my order isn't going to finally arrive, I want a full refund.

I contacted the customers service line a lot of times and I learned that my order came to Greece and on the same day it returned back to Germany.
What do you mean?

1)Placed my order on 26th of November (that was supposed to be gifts to give for Christmas)
2)On the 27th of November - my order was departing from Germany

I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED

I ordered a DIGITAL gift card but never received it! Got a confirmation that I placed an order and for two weeks received emails that my gift card was coming. I only wanted something to print/ show to give as a gift. Went into the store to buy but they say can only buy online. Also, you cannot buy for however much you want, have to buy 500, 1000, etc. can not add amount you want. Had a bad experience overall, chat function did not help. Was only a bot. Social Media would not help either, in the end someone finally helped me the day before Christmas eve by giving my a gift card number. What kind of gift is that to give? I do not recommended ordering the gift card.

To me, this company is a scam. Their cases do not cover the bottom or top of the phone which they conveniently try not to show in the product pictures. RETURNS NEED TO BE SENT BACK TO SWEDEN!!! Very little return policy information listed on the site and they conveniently leave out the part about shipping returns to Sweden!! I can’t imagine how many clients like myself ended up keeping a product that is not worth more than $10 IMO because It will cost me more to send it back to Sweden than the original price. Your clients deserve better and to be able to make a fully educated purchase. Customer service wasn’t able to do anything either and at one point got a little “aggressive” when something I said was not taken in the way it was meant.

The cases are terrible quality, cheap, thin, flimsy and NOT protective at all.

Save your money!!!
