Two art pieces ordered

I ordered two pieces of art from FY. One arrived in perfect condition but the second piece was poorly mounted and separating from the frame. I reached out to customer service and after sending photos of the issue, they rapidly replaced the second piece without any additional cost to me. Giving 4 stars because of that first issue, but the follow-up was great. Nice artwork at a very affordable price.

Speedy delivery. Great prints.

The delivery was very quick. Packaged securely too. Love the prints and the fact that you can buy various sizes depending on space or finances.

Fantastic customer service

My poster was left on the doorstep in the rain by the delivery company and was water damaged. I emailed Fy on Sunday evening, sending photographs to show the problem. By 8am Monday morning I had a reply from Chloe. She had already arranged a replacement for me and it arrived today, Thursday. Communication and customer service has been fantastic. I am really impressed with Fy and I love my poster.

I did and after an initial query via chat, Chloe from Fy contacted me by email and within days, my missing print was despatched, no quibble, no arguing.
Their products and customer service are fantastic and I will be purchasing from them again in the future

Kudos to customer service!

I received an item that was damaged in transit but the customer service was excellent, things got sorted very quickly.
The product is good quality, I would suggest reviewing your packaging process, placing a picture in a cardboard box, no other protection could have been avoided if protected better.

Love these fun prints

Love these fun prints. I have multiple prints around my house. This particular order,I added one too many of a print. Emailed to see if I could remove. Order was already started. But Fy was generous to refund for the extra print. Fast communication. Great service. Now I can order more prints!!

The three stars for Chloe

The three stars are for Chloe on customer service. She delt with my problem, very promptly and I was issued a refund straight away.

The print however, I give zero stars, as the one that showed up, was totally different to what I ordered. It also looked like a blurry photocopy. So rather going through disappointment again I requested a refund.
