Really great customer service

Really great customer service! There was some confusion with the payment from my PayPal account (entirely my fault, I have two email addresses). When I reached out for help they were very quick to respond, and answered my inquiry pleasantly and quickly. I'm very pleased. Thanks Chloe!

My print arrived damaged due to the delivery drivers incompetence, I contacted Fy and they handled the matter superbly and swiftly.

The print itself is fantastic quality, and is very true to what you see on the website.

I’d love to actually be able to review…

Changed to 4 stars from 2 because they resolved the issue well and were generous with their resolution. One star off because there really needs to be a phone number or live chat available. Otherwise, issue resolved and prints are beautiful.

I’d love to actually be able to review my purchase, which totalled £240, but I still haven’t actually received it. FedEx have so far, dumped it somewhere with a fake signed for, denied this, taken it back to a depot, delivered it to drop off point who then said they can’t scan it so I can’t have it, taken it back to a depot and now don’t know where it is. I can’t believe that my 2 framed prints are going to be in any kind of usable condition after all this. I’ve also informed Fy! who have said sorry, asked me to wait 2 days to see what happens, said they will resend the order and now silence from them. In the past, Fy! Have been really good, hence me spending this much money with them. However, in this instance, I have had to do all the work, I’m out of pocket and I still don’t know when or if my order will arrive. I’m on the verge of doing a credit card chargeback and never using them again. I’ll update next week.

Amazing customer service

I made an error when measuring and the poster sent was too big, but absolutely beautiful, so I’ve ordered a smaller one of the same and enquired about returns for the big one. The customer service I received was the best I’ve ever encountered, came back to me really quickly and made it very, very easy with no quibbling. This company is absolutely fabulous, they deserve the highest accolade, I will definitely be ordering more 🤩
