Some bargains to be had and customer service good.
Have used i-bidder for a few years now and had no issues, and got some good bargains. Customer service was good when contacted. I notice some auction fees are rising, some are much as 27%! this has nearly doubled from what the fees were....so choose your auction house wisely!
Good hunting!

Several years of positive experiences
I have used i-bidder for several years. It's a pretty faultless system and I have never had a problem with it throughout. It keeps me updated on lots I am searching for, notifies me in good time and the process of registering, bidding, buying and paying is seamless. A great service that I would even pay a subscription to access. My only small criticism would be that i-bidder occasionally works with auction houses who set minimum bids. Sellers are looking for a fast sale, buyers are looking for a bargain - that's the whole premise and purpose of online auctions. Minimum bids make it more like visiting a shop and sometimes, those minimum bids are almost open market value, which is a bit silly.

No dispute resolution or support offered. You bid and win one product but receive a different one.
I used i-bidder, I bid and won a "UGREEN 140W Laptop Power Bank Fast Charging 25000mAh Portable Charger with 3 Ports USB C Power Bank External Battery Pack Compatible with Dell, HP, ASUS, iPad, iPhone 15, Galaxy S23, iWatch, etc Total RRP £131.51".
I paid £41 to International Auctions Ltd (Huddersfield) for the UGREEN Powerbank and received a different powerbank (RRP of £22) within the box of a Ugreen powerbank.
Clearly, the product I received does not match the description of the item I won and paid for.
I contacted the auction company, which refuses any responsibility and my request for a refund. They say it's my responsibility, and that I should have checked if there was a Ugreen powerbank inside the Ugreen box before bidding online.
I think this is just nonsense! I, therefore, contacted I-bidder, which does not provide any support. Their template email, which they sent me, says: "Please note that i-bidder.com is an internet portal that enables auctioneers to list and broadcast their auctions online to bidders like yourself all over the world. Lots listed on our site, payments, approvals, collection, and delivery are always managed by the auctioneer. Furthermore, we are not a party to the contract for sale and purchase entered into between you (the bidder), and the auctioneer and we are not a governing body. In addition, when a dispute arises, we are not able to act as a mediator or arbitrator for a dispute."
I think that if you have a similar issue with any action company on i-bidder, you must go to the UK small claims court.
Next time, consider eBay instead! Unlike i-bidder, eBay has a resolution process in place. I-bidder does not provide any support in this matter.

Aggressive and Rude
I bid online for a car, it stated that reserve was not met, then received email saying congratulations you have won the bid. I went to the bank to do a bank transfer and was advised that I needed to due further due diligence as the transfer was £240k and the reviews showed the company owner was previously involved in fraud on cars. They asked numerous questions which got me doubting. I asked Capital Asset Auctions for an inspection of the car and transfer would be made whilst i was on site, they refused, I then asked for pictures of the car showing Vin number and V5 documents which I was advised that they could not send and would email me HPI, I was advised to be careful especially with the owners back ground. Following further online checks and reviews from others I decided to cancel as this option was available, they agreed to cancel however sent the most aggressive emails and an invoices requested for £48K. They threaten to take me to court. Following advice from my solicitor I decided that i would not pay the invoice and go through the legal route. Reading all the reviews I am so pleased that I chose to cancel. Next day i-bidder blocked my account, yet they should be the ones that should be doing all the due-diligence and Nor expose innocent people who work very hard to earn their money!

Don’t answer phone and asks you to email, then when you email about a lot that is due to finish they don’t reply!

H&F Auctioneers, Fordham, cambs.QTerrible customer service.
Terrifle customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. H&F Auctioneers
I bought an Iveco Daily 50C15 tipper from these H&F Auctioneers
It was graded2 when it should have been a grade 3. In general the van had severe corrosion and had been used for transport a very corrosive material.
It was actually illegal on the road as it needed 5 new tyres immediately and had 1 puncture on an inside rear pair of tyres.
The bottom securing bolt for the front damper had sheared and the damper was left dangling. The hand brake was slackened completely off and ineffective - there were no brake lining on the nearside rear parking brake. The disc pads on nearside rear were completely worn away and backing plate was worn away to 1mm or less in places. The nearside rear braked caliper had sheared on 1 mounting point and was swinging freely. It could have grabbed and rotated ripping out all brake pipes and hence all braking.
The 2 members supporting the tipping body were 3/4 corroded through, and repaired usuing polyfilla or similar. If I had used the tipping mechanism with a full load the tipping body and load would have sheared off.
The Auctioneers treated me with contempt for trying to get a refund and offered £139 compensation. The new tyres alone to make the vehicle's tyres legal were £400.
There were many minor faults central locking not working, rear tail light not working. Driver's door not latching. Electric windows not working.
It is basically scrap and no way a grade 2.
To reiterate DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS AUCTION SITE.H&F Auctioneers,,at Fordham, Cambs
The platform i-bidder is independent of the Auctioneers and not reflected in this review.

Rip off - Undisclosed charging when you register
Rip off - When you register to bid they debit your card without telling you. Worse they seem to do it every time you register. Its not a lot but its just plain wrong.
To be fair the platform is fine provide you accept that what you bid on might be broken or missing parts etc, its a conventional auction, its not eBay!
Safest sticking with auction houses close to you that way you can often inspect the items before you bid on them plus you can collect.
It still gets 1 star because of nicking money off your credit card when doing a check on the card without warning you - not sure if that is even legal!
At least other companies put it back.

Great company to work with
Great company to work with. They value their customers and their service is second to none. I'm a regular customer.
Good
Pretty good site with some great bargains however occasionally items don't work, so it's a gamble when you bid online
Rather go to eBay!!!
I used iBidder to buy 2 items from Supreme Auctions. The auction was supposed to be customer returns, but what I was delivered as clearly well used second hand items.
The one item (lawn mower) was also broken in the make shift box they sent it to me in. The floor of the box was littered with broken parts off the mower.
The other cordless lawn mower was also well used, had no battery, and no charger. A useless bit of junk despite the pictures of brand new items. Total misrepresentation!!
Supreme refused to accept the unit back and iBidder just shrugged their shoulders saying they are just a bidding platform.
Run a mile from both companies - go to eBay where at least eBay get involved in resolving the issues and making happy bidders, happy sellers.
Their "Compliance Officer" (Julien Ksentini) was unwilling to get involved. He feels that iBidder has no responsibility to investigate misrepresentation. Go figure!!!
Use iBidder at your peril. You will receive NO SUPPORT in the event of misrepresentation by the auction house.
Couldn’t have cared less that I was…
Couldn’t have cared less that I was scammed by Haddon & James using ibidder to bid on garden furniture. They carried on giving Haddon & James a platform to scam more people.
Good place to buy one car or something…
Good place to buy one car or something but need to understand the fees, Just read all terms before bid it’s easy and I like this site
Thank you
Selling absolute rubbish which is…
Selling absolute rubbish which is broken and doesn’t have even all parts of the product. Twice bought products which are completely unusable due to both been broken! This kind of products must not be sold for £100 but go straight to garbage! Tried to resolve this with ibidder customer service they advised as long as it is not labelled as NEW there is no guarantee that an item could be in working or usable condition!
