Excellent wave maker and top class customer service

I researched online that a wave maker is an excellent addition to an aquarium to help circulate the water especially at lower levels. This stops mulm and debris building up on the bottom substrate. This Hygger wave maker is excellent for a 110l Tetraline starter tank. My chichlids enjoy the waves too. Unfortunately it stopped working after 11 months constant use. I contacted Hygger support through email and they arranged a replacement free of charge. Excellent service from this company.

Seems like a great deal but it’s not

Seems like a great deal but it’s not. The instruction manual is very vague and the writing is tiny. Once I was able to get it working it lasted 2 weeks before it stopped working. They did replace with a new one through Amazon but now I have to pack up the broken one and return it in the original package, so you better hold on to the box etc. In the meantime I did have to purchase a different filter that was much cheaper and seems to be doing a better filtration job so I have not attempted putting together the Hygger replacement.

Absolutely terrible customer service

I don't know how anyone in these reviews has given this company excellent scores for customer service. The products may be great, but I wouldn't know because a week after ordering my order still says processing. I emailed them (there is no way to get in touch with anyone by phone) earlier this week asking to cancel my order. I finally get a response saying that they can't cancel my order because it has already shipped, gave me a "tracking number" but not who the supposed shipping carrier is, and my order STILL says just processing on my account. How could it have shipped days ago yet still show as processing? No matter how great these products are I will never purchase from this company again. Your website offers "fast free shipping," which has absolutely not been true. I may not be the case, but this sure seems like I was lied to about it being shipped just so that they could deny my request for a refund, even though my order really has not shipped.

Little Fish is a Great Big Pond

I always have a great experience with Hygger. Their products are often innovative and priced right. They back it up with reasonable warranties and always seem eager to please their fish audience.

My fishes most favorite lights!!!

I have several lights from Hygger in my tanks and I love them! They are bright and make the colors in the tank pop! The automated sunrise and sunset with the timer feature allow the fish to wake up gradually for feeding time. With their great customer service I would highly recommend that you pick a light from Hygger!

Hygger ROCKS!

I am a loyal Hygger customer and love their products. I've never had an issue with anything I've purchased, until recently. My battery back-up on my air pump stopped working. Within minutes of me contacting the company they helped me! In just a few days I had a new replacement pump delivered and my catfish were happy again. Fantastic products and even better customer service!

Excellent Customer Service

I had ordered a light and some tools from Hygger, but only the light arrived from FedEx. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement out. Through the process I just assumed I was receiving automated responses and emails until I failed to follow up with one and a few days later received a "Hey, you good?" email. So thanks Emma, Tammy and the entire customer support team for helping me get my tools!

Great Experience

I had a small issue with a product I purchased. I contacted the service department the response was immediate and the issue was quickly resolved. I will be purchasing from them again. They stand behind their products.

The Hygger HG139-9W multi use UV filter

Buying the Hygger HG139-9W multi use UV filter has been a complete waste of my time and disappointment. The Hygger HG139-9W is manufactured as cheap as they can make them, barley seen the blue light when UV was on. Think twice before buying Hygger products

Reliable Companies like Hygger Stand by Their Products

The temperature gauge seemed off by almost 10 degrees after a power outage and assumed electrical anomaly affected the heaters. I emailed Hygger about the issue and with minimal questions asked they sent me two exact replacements for my existing 15W heaters.

Brought a marine tank light last July…

Brought a marine tank light last July unfortunately it failed contacted Hygger got a reply within 12 hours ,they asked proof of perchance and a photo off the light they agreed too a replacement got with in 3 days.
Will definitely recommend and use them again 👍

I had an issue

I had an issue, reached out to support, they tried to resolve my issue best they could but were unsuccessful unfortunately (not their fault). So, they instead sent me replacements free of charge and made sure the new products were working properly. 10/10 will continue using their products and have no worries about reaching out to support if I ever need it.

I got a dc wavemaker

I got a dc wavemaker, for some reason it stopped working after a day. I contacted support, and within two days they were able to send me a replacement immediately. Great and speedy service.

Great customer and warranty service

My initial purchase of 75w high par led light start having fan issue in a month of purchase. Hygger customer service took care of it fast even though is was Chinese new year. Took a point off for the light quality but will purchase again based on the experience.
