The process was so easy! I was having an issue with my pump not functioning the same which lead to a problem in my tank. I lost all my fishes, which I had a whole bunch BUT anyways, I reached out to see if I had a warranty and I did. Within days I had a new pump and it was best experience. I highly recommend their products and will continue being a customer from here on.

I had a faulty heater and Hygger went out of their way to try and solve the issue. In the end they sent me a replacement filter no questions asked..

Hygger seems to really be a company that cares for their customers. I had a small problem with a part from the Gravel Cleaner recently. I emailed and Ginger treated me fairly and quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement part. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone interested. Hygger's Customer Service (especially Ginger) is wonderful and should be giving lessons to other companies.

I had an issue with the power cable that came with my reef light, and Ginger from customer service was super helpful and understanding, and they resolved the issue quicky.

I accidentally ordered the wrong light when I meant to order the Hygger HG957

I emailed Hygger customer service, told them what it happened, and they immediately found my order and switched it out for the light that I wanted

This aquarium light is a nice addition to our aquarium . I love the different light functions and timers.

I had to start a support case for a heater that started dying on me and after sending an email + sending a video of it's behaviour I got a replacement unit sent to my home address within days. Excellent support!

Delivery was speedy and the product is excellent

My Hygger UV light malfunctioned after 2 months. I was disappointed that it lasted such a short amount of time, but Hygger support responded immediately (within hours) of my initial inquiry, and after asking for a video showing the malfunction, shipped out a new device to me within 48 hours. I would purchase from this Company again knowing it has an excellent customer service.

Their customer service was great when I contacted them for warranty support. Their communication was quick and high quality throughout the experience. And, they quickly provided a warranty replacement.

My tank heater was purchased 9 months ago. I have emailed the company, sent required info and now being ghosted!! Sad since I have referred so many people to them. I just want my heater replaced!! Beware: they don’t stand behind the warranty!!!

Customer service started, I was connected from 1 person to another.
The second person was the absolutely correct person that I needed. Every thing was done via email. I sent a quick video and the sent a new heater

Unfortunately, and this happens, my UV light stopped working after 5 months. Defects happen. I wrote to Hygger with the issue, they responded in less than 24 hours requesting my order number and a short video showing the defect, and they replied (again in less than 24 hours) that they would send me a new one immediately. Also, they offered guidance about how to make the product last longer (using intermittently). In less than a week, I had a new one. Super responsive. Honors their warranty. Resolves the problem immediately. That is exceptional customer service.

The order was easy, I love the points systems keeps me on buying their products. Got 2 filters, got the water cleaner pumps, 2 lights holder for the tank. I might test out the plants light for my aquarium plants. Highly recommended. But be patient the shipping take about 1 week or less.

Had a problem with one lamp a year after I bought it. Customer service replied fast and sent a new lamp in a few days. Excellent service
