The best thing I ever pay for the support is really good and fast at the job

I had lost alot of files for my server and was unable to find them. I put in a tech ticket and within a short time they had restored everything for me and fast. Every ticket I have had to put in for help they respond quickly and help every time and don't stop until I am happy. Very friendly and kind as well. Highly recommend using this company!!!!

this company has put a sour taste in the mouth of business. they do not care for customer satisfaction. I purchased a product and it was not what I was expecting. I asked for a refund and the customer crap rep instead of knowing consumer laws and refund request on product that was not what I was wanting instead of offering a different package or even a solution, gave me a dumb video (that mind you... you should watch and read carefully before purchasing) that I already watched 1. refused to offer my refund(which is grimmy)
2. left the chat and did not offer any solution.

If you want a shady web hosting and site package company look here do not use this company ever.
*note* just purchased product at the time of this convo and still have not gotten any resolve... Need I say more bump this comphony. and find you a better service.

They don’t miss!! You want professional, to the point support or maybe a Ben and he ease of being able to care and control your own server. Then look no further because HTNetwork has what you need!!
Been with them for months.. actually almost a year and have only been a satisfied customer.

Customer service in top fast good help and nice would not use anyone else for my ny server

I have htnframwork.. Support is great they try to help but i have a single issue from day one(over 3 weeks now) ..I cant lockon while punching,npcs can land every punch and i can hit one or two punches at max before getting knocked out, i tried contacting them for this issue and they sent me a file today that still doesnt work.. You guys messed up some files of gta 5 to have this feature remove and now you guys dont know how to resolve it..I'll update my review when this issue gets solved thanku

First, I was a little worried. I did a mistake by installing the QB quarter pack into my personal computer thinking that was the way and messed up my product. Key but once I got a hold of them they took care of it

I have received nothing but poor support. They just pass it to the next person who keeps on passing it along. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Took three days to get support and still not working correctly I guess I’ll wait another three days.

I’ve been using HTNETWORK for about 5 months and I haven’t had 1 network outage on the virgina server
Any concerns or issues I have they have always been available to assist
Bought my 2nd server hosting to run 2 servers with them now they are great
