Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful and friendly

Two young men Alex and Michal brought in a new chair I had ordered. I’m giving them 5 stars because they’re a great asset to your company because they were polite, knowledgeable, had a little joke with me and it made the whole experience enjoyable. When they went I felt a very happy person.

Friendly & Helpful staff. Felt the advice was appropriate that was given regarding which chair was the best option, for the needs of an elderly gentleman with limited mobility.
No pressure regarding purchase.
Both Sue & Michelle gave excellent customer service.

Very helpful when we visited the Guiseley shop. The fitters that brought the bed Alex & Roger polite worked well explained things Good

From the moment we walked in to the Guiseley store we felt welcomed but not pressured they listened to our needs and showed us many styles and fitted my Mum to the best chair for her mobility needs would highly reccomend would like to give Susan from Guisely store a special shout out assited by Richard

Two great lads who couldn’t have been more helpful, showing patience and understanding.
Explained how to use the chair and were polite and courteous throughout. Can’t recommend HSL , Paul D and Jon highly enough.

We’re greeted and offered tea and coffee. Sat on comfy chairs and discussed our needs.

Richard, the sales associate was very attentive and helpful in explaining everything.

They delivered the service as promised in adverts. I was impressed and recommended them to a friend in Essex who has since purchased a chair too.

Could not have had a nicer couple of people to come out to show me the demo chair, they were very informative and helpful. The chair is lovely and i am looking forward to getting it, would willingly recommend your company to people thank you

We went today and what a fantastic experience we had. Michelle was very nice and helpful she guided us in the right direction. Asked if we would like coffee and then we started mum sat in different chairs with Michelle suggested what she might need.Michelle couldn’t do enough for us and whole experience was amazing. We placed order and we gave Michelle a hug when we left. Thank you so much

John was knowledgeable and able to provide assistance without pressure. I was happy with the process and outcome.

Sue & Richard where absolutely great in every way made my elderly mum feel at ease we bought a rise and recliner chair and a bed i never knew there was so much detail to buying a chair how it fits how it feels the right posture positions and what height it should be they took there time and guided us through the whole process with great assistance and knowledge at a great price my mum come out feeling happy with her purchases and life made a little easier for her day to day mobility needs thank you for the coffee and biscuits too

We visited HSL Guiseley to look for a replacement chair for my Dad. Richard and Sue were wonderful, patient, honest, kind and Dad had now ordered the perfect chair. Thank you both for everything.

This is from my Mum, Margaret Barrett. From going into the store in Guiseley to getting the reclining chair I could have not been happier. Susan our consultant did an excellent job and was very patient showing me all the different options available.After choosing the chair the wait time was minimal and Alex and Jed who delivered the chair called me to advise what time they would be with me , which was exactly the time they said they would be here and set up the chair. This was set up perfectly for me to sit in and they also did an excellent job.

Arrived at the Guiseley store and was welcomed in by a very helpful, knowledgeable salesman, who was able to to show us chairs suitable for our needs. After deciding on type , fabric etc, we were given an estimated delivery date. We were called 1 week before the estimated delivery date and given a definite date, and a time slot.
Ian, and Paul rang to to say they would be with us in 40 minutes. They arrived spot on. They unloaded and installed the chairs, and made sure we knew how to operate the chairs.
I can only give the whole experience high praise and will certainly recommend them .

Store Manager Richard in Leeds was very helpful and patient. Delivery team Alex and Jed did a great job. We are very pleased with the chairs and the service.
