We were helped by 2 Comfort Specialists at the Guiseley branch.
Jodie helped us first (I believe she's a trainee but you would never have known). She was very professional and talked us through everything and checked the chair was the right one for me.
Unfortunately we had to leave before finishing the transaction so we went back a few days later and John helped us through everything to finish the sale (Jodie's day off). Again John was brilliant and everything was explained in detail including the deals they had on offer.
I'm looking forward to delivery of my relax riser recliner.

We have ordered a Stressless chair from HSL and the whole process was very pleasant. We are very excited to receive our chair and would recommend this shop to anyone interested in Stressless or other designs.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we entered the store at Guiseley. Staff immediately showed us the type of chairs I required and gave me plenty of time to try out for comfort. A lot of time was spent choosing the fabric and at no time were we made to feel rushed, even provided tea and biscuits.
Altogether a pleasant experience with knowledgeable staff.

The staff were very attentive and really knew their merchandise. They offered a wide range of fabrics, colours and wood finishes. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and we weren’t rushed. We were made to feel our custom mattered.

From the initial telephone enquiry to the delivery of our rise & recline chair HSL customer service was excellent. The staff are pleasant respectful and very helpful.

John who advised me was pleasant helpful listened to what i needed did not rush me but gave me all the information
He was what i call old school customer service and i appreciated that. Can't wait for my chair to arrive

Visited the Guiseley shop with my mum to look at recliner chairs. Looked after by John and the manager of the shop very well. John listened to what my mum wanted and was very professional and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed and he and the manager made it an enjoyable experience. We were given time to make our decisions with good advice. We would highly recommend them. Thank you

Attentive and informative in the showroom without being pushy. We weren't rushed in to making a decision.
Chair delivered quickly by two very helpful and polite delivery men. Not only assembled and checked but went through controls again with my mum and ensured we didn't position the chair too near the wall for reclining function.
All staff were very smart .

I spent most of the afternoon in this store as I wanted to try out many reclining chairs.to ensure that I was making the correct purchase. The store manager was patient and considerate and I never felt under pressure. It was a good shopping experience and I am looking forward to getting my chair.

Visited Guiseley branch on Fri 7th Aug 2026. Polly was brilliant. Explained which sofas were best for both my posture and my wife's. The explanation made total sense yet we had never had such helpful at previous stores. Polly gave us plenty of time and space to try out the sofas and make our minds up. Much appreciated

We had a good experience with hsl. We we attended to by Polly, She was really knowledgeable about all products available. I have a mental health issue and she was very helpful in me choosing the right fabric for our footstool. She was patient and didn't put any pressure on us. We came out really happy and satisfied with our visit. We would recommend the store to anyone wanting quality furniture and great sales advice. We will be returning again in the future. Also good prices, lovely clean showroom. 1st class service. Thank you 😊

A gentleman named Graham showed us the rising recliner range and explained in great detail all the features of the range.
We then went onto trying what he thought was my correct size and I could not believe the difference it made to me getting up out of a chair. So we then went onto discuss various materials and of course.prices.
We then made the final decision to purchase two chairs and are so pleased with our choice.
