I’m only 4ft 9”and have had a lot of back trouble and have never found a chair that fitted me properly I went to HSL just for interest and I met Polly who was fantastic. She knew exactly what she was talking about and eventually found me an extra small petite chair that is just going to be perfect .I’m 81 years old and I need a chair that is comfortable for me. I also have a very bad neck now. I have not got the chair yet, but I’m sure it will be absolutely brilliant i was measured from top to bottom to make sure the chair was perfect for me…… wait and see!
The manager was also very very knowledgeable and very helpful

The chair fitting service with great precision.
The company offers an exclusive chair fitting service which focuses on seven key points, and is outstanding in being evaluated and approved by an Occupational Therapist. Thereby, it ensures that the customer gets the precise size and fit, resulting in ultimate comfort. Such a delight that the products are handcrafted in Yorkshire, with a variety of features and a vast range of quality fabrics. Everything was explained really well. There was no pressure, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent friendly service with an abundance of help and patience. Tea/coffee and biscuits was an added bonus.
