Had a small issue with a broken lid on a composter, which was just under 1 year old. Hozelock immediately responded to my email and I received the replacement part the next day. Superb customer service.

I bought a Hozelock 15M expanding Hose a year ago. It comes with a 3 year warranty. Unfortunately it burst internally a couple of weeks ago, at 1 year old. I contacted Hozelock to enquire about a warranty replacement, and Tim took care of it very quickly, a replacement was in the post to me within 24 hours. cannot fault that!

I bought an autoreel hose several years ago and the rewind mechanism broke. I contacted customer services to see if it was repairable. I didn't expect it to be covered by a guarantee but hozelock offered to replace it with a new one. Chloe from customer services dealt with this and I am very impressed with the efficient response and delighted that hozelock are willing to replace the hose reel.

Excellent first class service! Unfortunately my pond pump UV light stopped working, changed the bulb and still no joy. I contacted them and Chloe responded straight away and today I have received a brand new replacement within a week! Fantastic service and highly recommended buying their products

I emailed customer services. Got a message back requesting video of problem and receipt. Then replacement item sent out straight away. Cannot fault the service I received.

I love Hozelock products and very happy with their quality. However, my Hozelock Auto Reel housing started to leak so I contacted Hozelock who without any hurdles to jump, sent me a complete new Auto Reel. Tim dealt with my issue and he resolved the situation very quickly. Outstanding service, thank you Tim.

The spring broke on my nearly 5-year-old Autoreel Hose, and Chloe was absolutely brilliant, sorting out a replacement on the same day, which is winging its way to me as I type. So refreshing in a world where so many (short-sighted) companies give you the run-around.

I had a collapsable hoze that worked great for 2 years but then had a problem. Tim in their customer support team was extremely helpful and after providing evidence replaced the hoze. Great product and customer service.

I bought Hozelock 8230 in early 2025. In Feb 2026 went to use it, to discover it now had a leak. I hadn’t registered warranty and didn’t have receipt any more. I contacted customer services to see what could be done. They asked me to send serial number of hose and a video of leak, which I did and they have advised they will send me a replacement in next 3-4 days. No quibbling.

My response was not about a replacement. My issue was about quality control and what Hozelock are doing to resolve it because the same product should not have the same issue within months of each other.

We bought Hozelock because we had a perception of it being a good quality product, and the price of the products would certainly have you think you were buying something superior compared to other equivalent products on the market.
We’ve had 2 expanding hoses, a hose spray head and now the wand of a 5L pulsar sprayer fail on us over the last 12 months. In our attempt to repair the sprayer wand today, we find the replacement parts cost more than a new unit from a different brand. It’s a sad day for the planet as yet more plastic will go to waste due to greed - after market spares should not be half the cost of a new unit…. The root cause clearly a product that clearly wasn’t designed well enough in the first place.
Our conclusion is, Hozelock quality is terrible, they are driving an expensive spares revenue stream and we are paying a premium for the name that doesn’t reflect good value any more.

We purchased a retractable hose from Hozelock in 2022 and very very happy with it until it stopped retracting. We contacted the company and they replied instantly suggesting how to remedy the problem which we tried but to no avail. After informing them of this Hozelock replaced the item immediately.
We cannot praise Tim and Chloe enough at customer support for their swift attention

I had an Aqua Stop hose connector that stopped gripping the gun despite the locking collar being home, only bought last year but didn’t keep the receipt (after all what can go wrong?).
I chatted to a bot about it and was then contacted by Tim, who requested photos even though he knew I didn’t have the receipt, so I sent some and a video of it not working. He responded saying he would pop one in the post!
3 days later I received 2!!
I don’t know if the video swayed him, as technically they don’t offer any warranty without proof of purchase, or my self diagnosis of the poor quality plastic spring in the pawls that was causing the problem, but regardless I cannot fault the customer service I received.
It was a proper breath of fresh air.
