Ordered over a week ago had notification the next day it was dispatched and was with the courier and given a tracking number. Checked the tracking every day and the courier are still waiting for the package.

Fast reliable delivery
Fast reliable delivery. My son absolutely loves his new toy, we brought it for his 7th birthday and so glad we did, it's quick to charge and lasts for ages. Only problem now is we can't keep him off it.

My little girl absolutley loves her…
My little girl absolutley loves her hover board kart. After reading some really negative reviews, I was quite nervous to order from this company. I was wrong!. I got the kart and hoverboard 2 days after I ordered it, like they say on the site. It works perfectly and my daughter is over the moon. She's played with it every night in the street and on the grass. It lasts about an hour on a full charge if on a road a little shorter if on grass and if the music is on perminantly it takes approx 10 minutes off the run time, then takes approx 2 hours to fully charge. I researched alot of other hoverboards, some through major toy retailers, and in the small print, they all noted half an hour constant play before the need to recharge, so I'm mega impressed with the board! The kart attachment instructions weren't the best as the pictures were tiny but It was quite simple to put together using common sense. The only 2 negative things I can say about the board it's self is 1) The rubber cover for the charge point wasn't very good quality and broke off within 2 uses (but we wont be using it in the wet anyway) and 2) for the blutooth to work you have to be within 2-3 metres of the board at all times. However, I remedied this by putting my old mobile phone in a little backpack for my daughter to wear while she's riding it, and it works fine. I would highly recommend this company and their products. I'm so happy I chose this company and not the highstreet toy shop as she's able to play longer, and it's a massive hit! You've made my daughter one happy little cool dude!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Faulty hover board x2!…
Order a hoverboard and go cart package was delivered and didn't work, returned it to have another delivered and it didn't work again. Three weeks after ordering and finally got a refund. My son can now order a new one that works and enjoy his birthday present.
