Still no order received after 7 weeks
Order placed on December 7th, we're at January 19th now and nothing has been delivered.
In an e-mail exchange the reason that was given is that my address was not known, even though you have to fill that during check-out...
Anyways, I supplied my address again January 2nd, fast forward 2.5 weeks and I haven't seen any updates, no track & trace, nothing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry for the frustration this delay has caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
Your order was placed just before Christmas and was unfortunately returned to us by the carrier after they were unable to complete the delivery. During the holiday period, returns and re-shipments can take longer than usual on the carrier’s side.
In situations like this, our standard procedure is to confirm shipping details with the customer before resending an order, to avoid another failed delivery attempt. We stayed in contact during this time and received your confirmed address on January 6th, which we then forwarded to our warehouse. Please note that January 6th was also a public holiday. Once the address update was confirmed by our warehouse, your order was shipped on January 13th.
Your order is currently in transit, and a tracking link has already been sent to you by email. We’d also kindly suggest checking your spam or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes land there.
We completely understand how disappointing long waits can be and truly appreciate your patience while this was being resolved.

Wrong frame, zero reaction
Ordered a print in the dark wooden frame, but received it in a light wood one. Have send three emails since but no reaction to my requests whatsoever.

Lotus forest print
Lotus forest print. I’d been looking at this for weeks and mentioned it to my son. Today he gave it to me for my birthday. It fits in beautifully in my living room and brings a sense of peace and tranquility. I truly love it

Truth
Still have not received our order in full , and we ordered in November. The print we got was much darker than expected. We hoped it would brighten our room, but it’s super mellow. The glass/plastic of the frame came all scratched up. Cannot give it a one star since the order we haven’t received yet might be good…

During the holiday period, we experienced unexpectedly high order volumes, and unfortunately your replacement order was missed. This is entirely on us. I want to reassure you that your missing order item has now been processed and will be on its way to you shortly, and you should have received a confirmation email as well.
Regarding the scratched protection glass of the frame: we’re very sorry about that. We would have been more than happy to send a replacement glazing if you had reached out to us directly, as this is something we can easily resolve for our customers.
As for the print appearing darker than expected, please note that colors can appear differently depending on individual screens, display settings, and lighting conditions. That said, we understand how important this is and appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us improve how we present our artwork online.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. I ordered something on 11/26. The label was created, but clearly not shipped. It was delivered 12/13 completely crushed and ruined. I sent them pictures that day and it took a day for them to get back saying they needed a picture of the shipping label. I sent that immediately, and it took 3 days for them to get back and say that it wouldn't ship in time for Christmas. I would expect them to ship immediately or offer expedited shipping. Their service is so slow...

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation has been. We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency.
All of our orders are made to order, which means production takes 2–4 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. The shipping label is created when the order enters the queue, but pickup only happens after production is completed.
When your order arrived damaged, we immediately asked for photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This is a required step so we can properly initiate a replacement with our production and shipping partners. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, this period was during peak holiday volume, when both customer inquiries and carrier delays are significantly higher.
Unfortunately, the damage itself occurred during transit and was caused by the carrier, which is outside of our control. We truly wish we could expedite production or shipping in such cases, but made-to-order items don’t allow for immediate dispatch or guaranteed holiday delivery once damage occurs close to peak season.
We understand your disappointment and regret that this experience didn’t meet expectations. Our intention has always been to resolve the situation correctly and fairly. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this publicly.

Such Quality!
I love my print! It is not only beautiful but dry tastefully framed. I could not wait to hang it. It was packaged with such care—like no other package I’ve received from high-end stores.

Absolutely gorgeous prints
I recently ordered the Kitsungi (pink version) and Shinrin-Yoku (Tori gate version) at the 50x70 size and they were despatched within a couple of days. Delivery from Sweden was swift and they arrived safely and well packaged. I bought them unframed as I had bought 2 frames from Ikea for them. I have to say that they are absolutely gorgeous and I love them. Beautiful quality and the colours/designs are stunning. I will be getting more of the series - the zen, ikigai etc but they are a little pricey so I need to wait a little while before getting some more. Would definitely recommend the Houseofkoyomi. Thank you so much.
