This is my fourth print .The quality of the prints and the frames are excellent quality and if I could buy more I absolutely would.From the point of ordering, to being kept upto date with the delivery. Thec service was over and above.

I had my first purchase delivered last week and I’m delighted with it. I had an issue with the order but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was very grateful for that.

Too soon to rate full experience because I haven’t gotten the piece in the mail yet. However, I like the selections on the site.

Found this wonderful Japanese artwork that completely spoke to my mindset and aesthetics and bought four pieces at once to decorate my newly furbished loft apartment. Love the quality yet reasonable price. Will buy again, I'm sure.

I purchased two framed posters 70x100 from Koyomi and I am extremely happy with the quality of the frames and prints. The artworks look beautiful and elegant. The delivery arrived quickly in a very robust (and also very elegant) packaging ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Great choice of wall art in Japanese style. Will look great in any room. Best company with great choice of this style of wall art.

After receiving the framed print I contacted the company to initiate a return/refund. I explained that I was displeased with the size, glare, and could not hang it in the area that it was intended for.
The response was to send another, which was not desired. The following response said that if it was returned in the original packaging they would consider a refund. The packaging was VERY difficult to open and although I kept it, it was going to need to be taped for shipping. The print and frame were completely intact.
I was given an estimate of almost $500 to return the print which cost me $144!! It made no sense to return the unwanted item which I cannot use anywhere in my home.
It is difficult to believe that the offer to accept a return was without the knowledge that it would be cost prohibitive. I am very dissatisfied with the service and in addition to never making a future purchase, cannot recommend them.
ADDENDUM: In less than 24 hours I received a response to my email and Lea was amazing. She thanked me for the feedback and said that they were going to change their return procedures. Additionally, she offered a refund. This type of CUSTOMER SERVICE is greatly appreciated.

The picture is a perfect remembrance of our trip to Japan. The picture and frame is professionally done and we really love it.

Outstanding customer service, immediately corrected an issue due to shipping thayt was out of their control ,but still made it right!!

Placed order with 2 free items - the free items never came. And the item I bought is scratched.

The quality of the print did not quite match my expectations based on the price, but customer services were quick to offer a resolution.

I ordered a very large print with frame (100x70). When I tried to hang it, it came detached from the frame which was too big for the print. The upper clips couldn’t hold it in place when I tried to rectify it.
I had to take it to a framers which cost me another £35. Cheaply made.

Fast service and great quality

I recently ordered three large-size posters (50x70cm). The first shipment was damaged by the carrier. House of Koyomi's customer service was very responsive. We quickly agreed on a solution, and within a few days I received these beautiful posters, which now proudly adorn my living room.
I'm delighted with the print quality. The paper is thick, the colors are vibrant, and the overall effect is perfect.

The 1st print that drew my attention was the twin Koi swimming in 'Eternal Flow'. Since then I have purchased 11 additional prints and have made the entire esthetic of the family room and dining nook Japanese.

The one recommendation I have is in regards to your framing options. With the exception of 'Her Way' which I purchased in canvas, I had all the prints custom framed using a non-reflective acrylic cover instead of glass. Also each print is matted which provides space between the frame and print. It may be too much of an ask, but offering options like these would be much appreciated.

One other suggestion - you might wish to consider allowing reviewers the opportunity to upload photos of the prints they purchased.

Exactly what I was looking for. Nice quality, ordered without a frame and it still looks polished.

I have been trying to contact House of Koyomi and only had one response. I live in the UK and need to return to Sweden via Fedex. I really need a contact number and to check the postcode as I'm not familiar with the Swedish postcode system. I have sent several emails and received no response since the first contact. Its quite frustrating as I only have a limited time to return the item.

I am delighted with the exceptional quality of my canvas prints, they are beautifuul. I have gladly welcomed them into my home. They bring a smile to my face each day, and have transformed my first floor landing, feeling instantly at home with my small Japanese library.
Delivery was quick,tracking and updates very much appreciated.
