Terrible customer service
Finally got a refund for a tap that was delivered to the wrong address. It was my fault for not properly checking the postcode on the autofill they have on their address form, but they will not take phone calls, only operate via text message, and refused to help at all with retrieving the package from the random address their courier had delivered it to. I was told, via text message, the olnly thing I could do was to drive to the address myself and ask for the tap. Luckily the person who took delivery was honest and contacted Enki to organise to return it to them. Only then did Enki offer me a refund. So from a customer service point of view, terrible. Won't be using them again.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with service provided by us.
Once order is delivered to shipping address which is provided to us at the checkout, we are very limited to what we can do in the circumstances at that stage.
Luckily the person who accepted delivery at the address realised the mistake and contacted us. We therefore were able to arrange a successful collection of the parcel and a refund was processed without any delays.
Once you contact us by chat or by e-mail we aim to respond as soon as possible (usually within 30mins to an hour and no longer than 24 hours). Once we have your case open please note that our team are working on a solution and will get back to you as soon we have additional information.

Purchased a black monobloc kitchen tap
Purchased a black monobloc kitchen tap. Communication, price and product quality was excellent.
One small point- as this was a DIY project it would we useful to offer an alternative size of tap ‘tails’ as this caused an interruption to installation while longer ones were sourced.
