No show and no communication - scam company.

Ordered early April, have emailed thrice to find out where our item is at the end of this month and no response to any email. Have come on here to see people not receiving their items and now in a blind panic because not only have we spent hundreds but our plumber has setup the bathroom with specific holes in the walls for the towel radiator ordered. Seems like a scam. Paypal transaction is not showing up in my account either.

Communication could be improved...

I ordered a shower cubicle on Monday 6th April (which was a bank holiday). Delivery said it would be 4-8 working days but by the 7th day I hadn't heard anything. I tried calling but couldn't get through and there was no email or message from courier/ ability to track so wrote a negative review out of frustration.
A few hours later, a helpful chap from Wise Bathrooms gave me a call to say there'd be an issue with delivery and it'd be with me in 48 hours. Great customer service to sort my issue so quickly - I just wish it hadn't become an issue in the first place but understand these things happen.

I paid for express delivery on 24th…

I paid for express delivery on 24th March and my order was delivered 7th April. The wrong item was sent to me and it was broken. I have emailed, used your web helpline with no response to either and the telephone number on receipt goes straight to music for 20 mins then cuts off. I would like to be refunded, not dodged!

We ordered a shower on 16 Feb 2026, paid for 1 to 4 days delivery. It is now 16 March. We have tried repeatedly to contact them by phone and email but no response. This is not in line with any customer service at all. A very poor showing.

Exceptionally bad

I ordered a loo seat, arrived damaged. I took photos and asked for a replacement or a refund. This was in October. I received 1 reply to my dozen emails in this time and still nothing done.

Wisebathrooms has failed to deliver the…

Wisebathrooms has failed to deliver the product ordered three months ago but then fails to refund the purchase price. No response to emails. I can see there are some positive reviews for this company online although it is questionable if those are genuine or not. My advice is to look elsewhere and don’t trust this company.

FRAUD suspected!

FRAUD??!! Possibly FRAUD as I have still NOT RECEIVED my tap or had a refund and it has been many months now. They informed me when I rung them originally that the tap is no longer available and that they will need to refund me. Still NO REFUND many,many months later and they are not responding to my emails or answering the phone after my many attempts to contact them.I will happily adjust my review if they do refund me the money for the unavailable waterfall tap.

quite shocked how poor this company is

quite shocked how poor this company is. ordered a basin vanity unit on the 10th of January with a 4-8 day delivery time. there has been no contact from the company since order was placed, still not been delivered. Have tried to call numerous times with no answer. even tried the bot on there website and no one answers you back. think twice before using

Completely unresponsive

We ordered a sink that simply never came, we have called and emailed and tried so many times to get in contact and they never replied until finally 2 months later they said they will ship it the next week, obviously a month later still no sign of it and still not answering any calls or emails. Now we want a refund and they of course aren’t answering that either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Also it says I’m in Denmark thats not true I am just there right now but UK based and tried to have it delivered in the UK

Ordered a shower enclosure 1st of December- never arrived.
Customer service will not answer your calls mor emails.
I have logs and logs of both email + phone calls not being responded too.

Avoid Wise Bathrooms like the plague. They take your money then silence. You get no response from any of their email addresses, no answer to any phonecalls. I ordered goods off them on 27/11/25. They are a scam. Wish I had looked at the Google Reviews before ordering!

Fraudulent company. Wrong shower door item sent, no phone calls answered and no replies to any emails when asking for refunds. I stupidly ordered another shower door on special delivery, 10 days later and still nothing has arrived. Have reported company to my bank. Avoid at all costs.

I repeat.... avoid the company at all costs!!!

This is my second 1 star review for this company. Unfortunately we had an issue with an order not being sent. Couldn't contact anyone, no reply's to messages or emails for days. I left a 1 star review on trust pilot and was miraculously contacted within 2 hours to offer a replacement part as they didn't have the original. We agreed to this on the understanding that we could return it for a refund if it wasn't suitable.
They agreed to this and also asked us to update our original 1 star review.
On recieving the replacement part, as we anticipated it wasn't suitable. We returned the part straight away (20th November)as per their return instructions (at a cost of over £20!)
We have now been chasing for 3 weeks trying to get our refund...... despite several promises no refund has been made. Avoid this company at all costs. The worst customer experience we have ever encountered.
