Very pretty candle holder and nice scent, but the wick was an absolute dud. It just burnt down and down, at a 20p size, so the flame kept on being drowned by wax. In the end I had to cut out 50% of the wax, making this rather an expensive Christmas candle.

Bought a china mug as a birthday…
Bought a china mug as a birthday present for my goddaughter in the US. The handle broke off in transit.
The mug was wrapped in just a bag, and put in a box, which was shipped in an envelope/bag. There was no padding around the mug, the box or as part of the mailer.

Beautiful Christmas Ornament
My daughter bought me a beautiful Victoria Eggs Christmas ornament on her trip to London last November. When she arrived back in Texas, she accidentally dropped it as she was giving it to me. :( I finally got around to ordering a replacement of the ornament (online) to be shipped to the USA. The item arrived in a timely manner and was well-packaged. Can't wait to see it on our Christmas tree in December!

Nautical range.
Nautical goods arrived quickly. I love the simple line drawings and I wish there were cushions in the same theme. The kitchen items fit in so well with my seaside home. I'll definitely be recommending Victoria Eggs to my friends.
