I am very pleased with the support I received with HoneyLove. I received a duplicate order and they handled it efficiently. As soon as I dropped pkg at USPS, I received my refund. Plus, I love my bras!

The AI text answer was superficial and did not address the specifics of my question. After asking to talk to a human customer service representative, I was able to get my question answered. Also the different sizing guide are different than what is printed on my bra. That creates unnecessary confusion.

My wife is loving the bras. Says they are the most comfortable she has been able to find for a long time.

Easy to purchase, easy to see what products would work and are in stock. Website easy to navigate

I ordered a 90G Spanish size, which is 34F English size. This means I have a narrow back but large boobs. So I always by sized bras rather than ones that come in M, L etc. I noticed this had been converted to 2X on the order so was worried. This huge bra arrived, far too large around the band or indeed the cups. So only order this bra if you fit a standard size. It cost me 25 euros in postage to find this out.
Thank you for your reply and commiserations. It would be more useful if you state clearly on your website you are not offering sized bras. Rather than your current practice of changing it surreptiously.

I love these bras!! I have bought other famous retailers wireless bras but they never offer the same support as these ones do. And they are so so comfy. Worth the money. Didn’t have my size in the colours I wanted, fig and blue, so signed up to the alerts and hopefully they will be restocked soon.

Absolutely hate all the offers at the end for other companies. So long and distracting that I missed confirming my order at the end. Your follow on text indicated that they didn't want me to miss out on my new customer offer so I went back to resubmit my order. Didn't get the % off as promised. Hope your product is worth it.

The Honeylove bra is an absolutely beautiful fit! The bra is exceptionally designed for comfort and support. This is the best bra I ever had. I hope it will hold up well when washed.

I genuinely like this company’s bras and have purchased them myself, but the overall customer experience and operational professionalism are deeply concerning. The business feels more like an informal, early‑stage startup than a well‑run, sustainable company, and I’m not confident they can succeed long‑term unless they overhaul their operations.
From a digital experience standpoint, their website and chat are poorly executed. The chat window drops over key product information such as color and size options, making it difficult to compare or select items. The size information on the site is also confusing: they use sister sizes, including non‑published ones, but those sizes do not appear online. If you need one of these non‑published sister sizes—even if that exact size was shipped to you previously—you cannot simply reorder it through the website. You have to already know that the sister size exists and then call their phone line to place an order, because there is no way to select it online.
My own purchase illustrates how broken their processes are. I was able to find a bra that fit, but the online return flow was dysfunctional and did not work as described. During one chat, a representative provided information that was objectively false; when I later spoke with a phone agent, she read the chat transcript and confirmed that the chat rep had misrepresented the situation. The phone rep then became flustered and offered a refund that was significantly higher than what was appropriate under the military discount. She was clearly trying to help, but I had to point out that her proposed refund was effectively over‑compensating and “cheating” the company. Even with that prompt, she struggled to determine the correct amount, which suggests both inadequate training and weak system support.
These issues are not limited to my experience. I have three friends who have also purchased bras from this company; two of the three encountered similar problems and had to go through exchanges. That pattern points to systemic issues, not rare one‑off mistakes.
What’s most puzzling is that user experience and basic transaction flows are both testable and fixable. With properly designed IT and billing systems, the purchase, discount, sizing, and any refund should be handled cleanly and accurately without requiring improvised fixes from confused staff or phone‑only workarounds. The fact that these problems persist, despite a strong core product, makes me question whether the company can avoid “crash and burn” scenarios without a significant, top‑to‑bottom operations and UX overhaul. As it stands today, the customer experience is so poor that it overshadows the quality of the bras themselves.

Ordering is easy and the bras are amazingly comfortable. I just had a suitcase stolen that had 4 of my Honeylove bras in it, so am replacing them immediately.

Had a hard time easily finding the bundle of (3) undies that I wanted. The (5) pair bundle kept popping up, which was annoying.

I recently purchased two bras as a first time customer and I am absolutely thrilled with them! They fit perfectly, are so comfortable and are a vast improvement from all previous bras I have worn. Their website and size charts are very helpful - and the online ordering process was seamless. The products arrived wonderfully packaged. Based on my initial experience, I highly recommend Honeylove products!

Too confusing when putting items in the cart. You say buy 2 items get a discount. But I put another item in the cart and no discount. So just figured your company is a scam for any discount. No discount appeared, even when I added another bra. Your site is a big disappointment.

It was easy to order, shipped in a timely manner and the bras are SO comfortable!

Truthfully - I am nervous about starting a subscription for something I have never tried. However, the reviews are so good and the website was easy to navigate so I went ahead and signed up. I have large breasts and am getting older so I am giving this a shot! Hopefully it works out!
After I wrote this...I got a response that cancellation would be simple if I was not happy and to reach out. It was quick and polite. I am no excited to try the product!

It took me a couple days to actually order. My friend got a 20% off coupon and I got a 15% off. So I waited. But the when I when to put the discount code in and when to hit apply I hit pay now because they bottoms were to close. So I paid full price.
I hope this is worth it. My friend loves her bra.

I did not like that additional items were pushed into my cart that I wasn't shopping for. I had to go back and figure out how to delete all but the bra I wanted to try.
It also wasn't clear what bras were best suited for small breasted women. I made a choice and hope that it is the right one. More guidance would be great.

It was really easy to locate what I was looking for. It was really easy to check sizing & easy to place the order. I am heading overseas shortly & according to the info provided, my order should arrive prior to my departure. Time will tell.
