I have been a client of your products and always had a great experience. My last order I just purchased , one of the black bras did not come with the bra extension. I also ordered the panties bundles and also the black panties although it said medium, it seems stretch out.
This is the first time I have an issue with my order.
I hope my next order I don’t encounter any issues. It’s very disappointing, I love the product!

I think 2 things are ultimately the determining factor in making a purchase. I am 73 so have tried many bras in my lifetime. My DIL said that Honeylove was the best. So, I read and read about HL.

The product is made with top quality fabrics. Exchange is extremely easy. No cost to you.
This is an honorable company. I will continue to do business with them.

Good customer support
I have ordered twice from Honeylove and both times decided to return the products because they didn't work for me. The customer service responded that I should keep the product or donate it to a charity, and I got my money refunded. I will continue to shop their website.

What would be most helpful is a chart comparing your different style bras and so many of your pictures are large sized - you need more smaller sized women. Or maybe that’s not your audience.

I love your bras but retired last year and can only afford to buy them on sales. After I browsed a few times you sent a coupon for 20% off so instead of having to wait for a sale when sizes and colors are limited I was able to buy the exact item I wanted

Site was confusing
Site was confusing. I forgot to enter my code to get my first time 15% off. Should have gotten it automatically. I guess that's my fault. I ordered 2 different bras to see which style I prefer. I'm not confident the size was right.

Web site is getting too difficult to navigate with too many offers etc. It takes away from your products and requires too much time to use. Simple is better. Check Amazon and ll bean for user friendly websites.

After very frustrating initial experience with the Chatbot, later interactions with Customer Service via email were excellent. Fast, responsive and helpful- very satisfied with the outcome. The Chatbot however is in need of serious review.

Shopping experience was confusing
Shopping experience was confusing - within the page for one bra model, there were multiple style selections that seemed to be the same as other bras with different names... Eg if I opened one tab with the V neck crossover bra, and another tab with regular crossover bra, they both showed 4 options for different padding levels or styles, but some of those styles were the same as available on the page for the different neckline. Like if I picked the padded cups for the v neck bra, it was no longer a v neck but was instead now the regular neckline's padded option. If there isn't actually a padded V-neck, then don't list the padded option for v neck, only list the padded option for regular neckline so I understand what my options actually are and don't accidentally order duplicates or get frustrated not understanding the options.

Well, of the three cloudlift options, I picked pushup. I have no idea if that's what I got, because cart nor receipt indicates which! Also I got a 10% code R-A-KH637J3 but there was no where to apply it in checkout process. So, that's unfortunate. I hope I get what ordered but who can tell!

First time ordering. The sizing "help" was not very helpful. Since I declined to share both my email and phone number I was unable to take advantage of a coupon code. The website says std shipping is free but then adds a $8.35 'safe delivery' fee. We will see.

Not enough support
I tried your crossover bra without an underwire, and it didn't provide enough support. The bottom band didn't seem to be wide enough to support my old DDs. Everything else seemed ok. I returned the two I purchased. I may try the new underwire one that you are offering.
