I have used HomeStars on a few occasions to find professionals with expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and wall-mounting installations. I have been very satisfied with the Pros I selected. They were all friendly and polite, exhibiting excellent work ethics and workmanship. HomeStars is a reliable platform for homeowners to find reliable professionals.

Noor and his team did a very professional job installing our Latitude kitchen countertops. They worked efficiently and left the job site spotless, we would highly recommend their installation services.

Reformity gave me and my neighbourca good price for our fence. But when the work was completed, the last three panels were too short. Omar said that I had agreed to the length of the wood. I asked him who would finish a fence like this without checking back with the customer. He replied that he would have to charge me to redo the panels. It was easier and a lot cheaper to do it myself.
The workers left lots of dirt around the work site, and they displaced my retaining wall. I called several times about fixing this. Each time I was assured that they would be coming. But after the third time I realized they weren't coming,and five weeks later they are still a no-show.
I would caution anybody not to deal with these guys. My big mistake was to pay them before I was satisfied with the whole job.

You have plenty of people to choose from. Matt’s is a handyman did great work and shared his knowledge. The man who powerwashed my deck did a stunning job as well. I could hardly recognize my deck it looks so good!

I always use Homestars to research professional trades prior to starting a project. If a company has numerous great reviews from prior jobs I put them at the top of my list for securing quotes. Usually a leopard doesn't change its spots.

The whole team from start to finish has been exceptional. The patience they had when we had issues on our side was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Ryan was a life saver on our possession date as he went above and beyond to ensure that we got our keys. He took time out if his busy schedule to come back later in the afternoon with keys when he didn't have to. I am very appreciative of his support through this.

I was looking for two years for help . Then i saw your add o t.v. tried it and am so very happy with this help got my fence fixed and my yard work done .I hope to have this help for as long as i need. P. S. I am 89 years old so it could be long or short Ha Ha..... Wish I had seen the add sooner.

I posted my project on the site, and someone contacted me through the platform. This person, operating under the name Provincial Services Ltd, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly lied and kept trying to change what we had agreed on using different excuses. If I had not kept proof of what he said, he would not have admitted anything, and I would not have been able to prove our original agreement.

He left the job unfinished and pressured me into paying half of the agreed amount. I already suspected he had no intention of returning because he had lied about living close to me, but he insisted that he would come back. The next day, he messaged me saying he would not return.

Fortunately, I quickly found a professional through a reputable company and had the job completed. However, when I contacted HomeStars and complained about the conduct and poor work of the person who contacted me through their platform, their only response was to tell me to leave him a review.

This shows that they do not properly monitor or take responsibility for the people using their platform. If you end up dealing with an unsuitable contractor, you are apparently on your own.

This was a very bad experience, and it was definitely the last time I will trust HomeStars.

This is not good company. They promise a million when you are about to buy but after they receive your money. No one wants to talk to you. Warranty sucks. Quality is is very poor.
My relative purchased brand new home about 4 years ago. Ever since, his basement leaks water with every little rain. Each time, Trico comes with different excuses.
This house is 66 Creekstone path sw. 40 yrs home has better quality.
