Electrical cover

We have electrical cover and needed an electrician to come out. The website was easy to use to make an appointment with plenty of time slots. We received updates to keep us informed before the appointment. The service we received by the the engineer was efficient and helpful and the problem was quickly sorted. We were pleased with the whole process

Excellent service

very quick to respond to my leak. The engineer was so polite worked extremely hard in boiling hot weather. Cleaned and tidied up after him. He was a pleasure.

Amazing service

Amazing service. I feel bad I didn’t get the names of the 2 guys who came to my house to fix our clogged drains issue because they both worked really hard and didn’t leave until the job was done. They both deserve a raise and I’m a very happy customer :)

Response to my external water pipe…

Response to my external water pipe failure was excellent however an internal plumber was sent the following day.His service was great in that we could determine the source of the leak and his comms with the control centre ensured that the correct engineer arrived the next day andrectified the problem very professionally.

I can see that after investigation the engineer identified the issue to be on the shared section of the drain, this does fall into the responsibility of the water provider instead of yourself.

No electrics in the kitchen

Easy to get through to the help desk. I got lots of updates reminding me when the engineer was due. He let me know when he was on his way. Sorted out the problem and everything is now fine. Very friendly man who knew his job. I would definitely recommend Homeserve.
