I emailed home selling expert on Wednesday pm and booked a telephone appointment for Thursday 1-00pm Matt very kindly called me Wednesday afternoon he could not be more understanding. Matt asked very relevant questions to my difficult situation. He wasn’t judgemental in any way as to how I’d got myself in this position. I had a telephone consultation with a member of the team. They were very knowledgeable on the advantages and disadvantages of selling your house various ways. I received advise on selling with a house buying company, selling in an auction and using an estate agent. The advice received was extremely helpful and they were able to answer all the questions that I asked. I will now make a well informed decision on what is best for me in selling my house.

Having thought my option was to auction my property, I wanted some advice before I made my final decision. I had expected Matthew's phone call to be a 'hard sell' for auctioning as my only option but I couldn't have been more wrong. Matthew listened to my explanation of the property's history, listened to my concerns, and advised me to take a different route. I was impressed with his honest responses and considered advice. I cannot recommend his company enough.

Following the death of my parents last year, we have had their house on the market for a year with few offers and no sale. We're also on our third estate agent. We are scratching our heads as to why it hasn't sold, so I contacted Matthew through his website and booked a call. Matthew was very informative regarding our house sale and spent time going through the options we had very clearly, of whether to go with a house purchase company, sell at auction or stick with a traditional sale through an estate agent. He also suggested a very useful method of thinking about the sale over a long period of time as a way of helping to reduce the stress of the sale process. He gave me information on what was selling around me of the same value and explained that at the moment it was the Market that was affecting the sale and to possibly look at the photos on RightMove as it doesn’t show the best of the property. Would highly recommend talking to him if you have any question around Home Buyers or the way forward. He is extremely knowledgeable and showed great empathy for my situation.

Had a half hour phone call from Matthew last week regarding selling my property. Being typically me I was looking for the quickest, easiest way to sell the flat for as much as I could get...and thankfully spoke to Matthew before I did anything stupid. Covering the advantages and disadvantages of the various selling methods and matching them with our priorities has added realistic perspectives on our future best options.
