Spoke to Matthew this afternoon about an issue that I wanted to clear up before I put my property on the market.He took time to explain my options and a plan to go forward.Hopefully my home will sell okay but if it doesn’t he has promised to give more advice at a future date.
Really decent guy and more than helpful

Matthew and Kirsty are the best! Honestly, cannot thank them enough for their patience and calm intervention with our house selling situation. We had gone through two estate agents and were about to give up all hope when we reached out to Matthew and had our consultation in early September. We started the process with Kirsty but had a last minute unicorn buyer come out of left field with our second estate agent so we did not get the chance to go through to the finish line with the team but we almost regret we hadn't because we still took WAY longer than we would have had Kirsty been on the case, either way a great result and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ANYONE needing to sell their house properly go through the team here, the service is second to none, really!

So much useful information that was well laid out by Matthew. He curated my phone call with him to my needs, not just general knowledge.

I spent the day before my call with Matthew reviewing every inch of his website. I wanted to be prepared. Matthew really surprised me, he had so many valuable suggestions. His phone consultation was the icing on the cake! Cannot thank him enough for providing such a valuable service.

House has been on the market for just short of two years. Not desperate to sell, but only had two offers since going to market.
Changed estate agents early in 2024 and finally had an offer in Oct 24 which we accepted, unfortunately chain broke further down the line.
Wanted to explore alternatives on selling our property, so contacted HSE. Matthew walked us through all plausible options.

I have been messed around so much by my estate agent. My experience of selling my house has been beyond stressful - all down to failures by the estate agent. And the potential for losing the property I am buying and have paid out for already.
