I got in touch with Matthew Cooper for a telephone conversation about the sale of my house after he left me an offer of a free advice session. He was brilliant! So knowledgeable about the housing market and the business of selling houses. The inside advice he gave me on selling my house was tremendous. I feel I have really had the wool pulled over my eyes by estate agents up until now and feel I now know how best to deal with the situation. I would recommend a chat with him unreservedly if you are selling your property

Found by accident and impressed by website with alot of information. Followed it up and booked a phone call. Explained the situation in detail. Mathew then laid out the options and figures one could expect in each case. This was a great help to move forward the sale.

Matthew called exactly on time, as arranged and as promised. Plenty of email support to remind me, too. Matt was very informative and listened to my experience so far. He gave me his insight into why my property has not yet sold and gave me a clear plan going forward. He did not rush me or loose interest.

After a referral from a friend that had used Matt’s expertise in the past I made the call. It’s the best call I’ve made in a long time! My house had been on the market over a year and I was really worrying about keeping payments up with the cost of living and having recently been widowed.
Matt offered me a few options that didn’t necessarily mean I used his services. There was no hard sell. He talked me through and then sent me through all details of what he could offer me. We had a really good chat over a few phone calls as initially I was wary. There was the most simplest contract to sign which also explained how I could pull out at any point with no charges.
Once signed I was introduced to Kirsty who was going to be my point of call and would help with the sale. Well, she certainly did that! They went for the hard sale with 2 estate agents and within a very short space of time I had viewings. These had dried up before with just letting the estate agent deal with it. But, not only viewings, I had offers. Then it was me making the decisions of who to go with.
Kirsty was in touch with me every step of the way. She really took the reins and I felt as if I could sit back and just leave everything up to her. The pressure is really off when you accept their help.
The smallest thing and she was on the phone to me letting me know.
Communication is key and this company really go the extra mile.
I will 100% use this company again when I want to sell a property, I won’t even go to an estate agent, straight to Matt!

Matthew gave invaluable impartial advice on alternative routes to sell our home which has been on the market for ages without much interest. Matthew gave very professional, practical suggestions on how to move forward to achieve a sale without resorting to auctioneers or a house buying type company. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and spent a lot of time explaining options. Most importantly he came up with a solution. I believe that thanks to Matthew we will now achieve a sale.
