Used home move for both a RCIS valuation of my house for help to buy and Level 2 survey on house purchase. Excellent service from booking to survey. The website is easy to use and surveyors were allocated promptly. Surveyors were extremely professional and reports received quickly. Price very competitive compared to other quotes. I recently booked a property survey via Homemove for a remortgage and was initially a little concerned, as I hadn’t come across the company before and wasn’t sure if the website was genuine. However, when I spoke to Kayleen Reddy, she was calm, composed, and reassuring. She confidently addressed my concerns and confirmed the legitimacy of the company, which immediately put me at ease.
The online portal was easy to navigate, communication was clear throughout, and the customer service I received from Kayleen was excellent. She answered all my questions patiently and professionally, making the process smooth and stress-free.
