HL#P267717678 was eventually given a full refund for the product that never arrived. It seems to be a legitimate company but struggles with delivery to the UK. Its a shame as the products online look really good. Refund took over 2 weeks to be processed though.

I mirror other complaints from people who need to return items. I have been ignored and they will not give me directions on how to return. Will report to Trading Standards as the other people have done. Very disappointing to have to waste time with these scammers.
Update: the company finally sent me a return address in the US after this review, which is against the UK consumer law and of course crazy expensive. Will report to trading standards, beware of this company if you need to return anything!!

Poor Quality of the Goods, Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with HomeLoft. The website and Google ads gave the impression that this is a UK-based company, with prices displayed in GBP and no mention that products are shipped from the US. I only discovered this after receiving my order, which did not meet my expectations.
When I requested a return, I was informed that I had to send the item back to the US at my own expense. This was not disclosed before purchase, and the return shipping costs are significant. As a company advertising and selling to UK consumers, they should comply with UK consumer protection laws, which they have blatantly ignored.
Their return policy violates the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by failing to provide clear pre-contract information about returns and costs. Additionally, the misleading presentation of their operations breaches the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
I requested a UK return address or reimbursement for return shipping, but they refused to accommodate, hiding behind their "company policy." This is unacceptable and shows a lack of regard for customer rights or satisfaction.
I’ve reported their practices to Trading Standards and am escalating this matter through my payment provider. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company, especially if you are in the UK.

Service and Returns
The chopping board I ordered at £150 was damaged and poor quality. I emailed them to register this and ask how to return it for a refund and received no response. I called them which was a UK telephone number but was a foreign call centre and was told they hadn’t received my email. I sent another email. I heard nothing. I called again and was told they hadn’t received my email again. Check the Refunds and Returns policy as it looks like it is written from google translate. Be careful of this company!

Product arrived fairly quickly, on Criticism is that every day I had spam emailed from shipping companies that had my name and address plus the actual order number on.
Contact customer services if you haven't got your goods
I ordered some goods and heard nothing for a couple of weeks. I then wrote a review and this was responded to. I was told I would get the goods within another couple of weeks. I had lost faith and asked for a refund which I have received.
If you are awaiting products, contact customer services.

I ordered some chilli lights (order number: UK-HL#P90485182). I received a text message confirming that order had been received and I was informed that delivery would be around two weeks. I was shocked today 13th December, to find an email sent (in my spam email), confirming delivery on the 10th December (I ordered on the 2nd December), and left outside my back door. I was in all day on the Monday, and my back door is not very assessable. Unhelpful customer services, put phone down on me. I am now worried that this company is not legitimate. No communication from DHL.. the tracker was sent by homeloft? Please note an update on my feedback. Thank you I have received my lights this morning and in good working order.
