kitchen blind.

We ordered a kitchen blind.
Called into the shop, the lady was very nice answered all our questions, went through different blinds till we picked the one we liked, 3 weeks later on the said day the young man came and fitted it, only took him minutes very professional, and obliging and couldn't of asked for better service

I have been using Homefair blinds since…

I have been using Homefair blinds since 2006, they are very nice, professional and very helpful. They are very competitive pricing and the quality is always great, the staff are lovely and the man who fitted my blinds last week was great, thank you don't change 😀

Easy and really good job

Appointment was easy all staff were really helpful and pleasant and the blinds are perfect just placed another order for a bathroom blind definitely will keep on using this company

Excellent service.

Excellent service from making an appointment for measurement to the actual fitting of the blinds, all complete within two weeks. All staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend, very pleased with my new vertical blinds and very reasonably priced.

Just Shoddy From Start To Finish

Sales rep visited us early Jan with nice sample books and "great" offers. 2 days later when we tried to order we were told that the fabric we had selected was discontinued "a few years ago". Chose a different fabric to then be told one of our windows was too wide.
3 days before fitting appointment they phoned to say the blinds hadn't arrived and they would have to cancel the fitting. Next day they phoned again to say the blinds had arrived and could they keep the fitting appointment.
Fitter arrived and put up the blinds he had been given but we have a gap in the conservatory because we are missing 1 blind but we do have the brackets for it !
Nobody can tell us why a blind is missing or what they are going to do to get it sorted.
First time we used one of the bedroom blinds the wand and 2 vertical slats fell off.

Pay a bit more and get a good company to do the job

I recently had some new window blinds fitted.i Gave Homefair Blinds a call a very nice Lady arranged for a Gentleman to call the very nice Gentleman Measured for the new window blinds. and Gave me a quote and arranged for the new Blinds to be fitted.a very friendly nice man then came out and fitted them really quickly Excellent job.very happy thank you.

Really pleased

Quick to come and measure up.
Lots of choice on blinds. Very competitive prices. Friendly and helpful service. All installed within 2 - 3 weeks - really pleased.

On my first visit for the measurement

On my first visit for the measurement, I was told that don't worry we will take your old blinds away free of charge, we can also measure the other windows that you want blinds for. On the fitting, I was told, sorry we don't take them free of charge, but I can take them for a fiver, also the plinth at the top of the blinds is loose and has been cut short, the old blinds were put on my sons white bedding, which left really dusty marks on the quilt cover (after all who cleans at the top of internal blinds where you can't reach?) I rang the shop and have been told to send in an email. Not very happy. After speaking to the shop on the phone, I have had to send 2 video's, 1 picture of the windows. To be told the service centre think that its ok, not only does the plinth run short but is not fixed properly, nor have they mentioned the old blind left on a white duvet which left dust marks all over it!!!!
