manager not up to standard

It took me four month to receive my shooters when I received them there were damaged. I then report of this. It took another two month to get a lat, they then came and fixed it. Only 2 damage another one. Then, took another three weeks to replace that one costs thirteen hundred pounds, for the shutters i asked the manager to form me 7 months. I'm still waiting for the this incompetent person to contact me. I bought these from the spennymoore office my advice is to anyone. Do not deal it with his company. Get the company that is competent.

Great service and quality products

Returning customer, Had blinds fitted to patio doors, great service from start with sales person visiting my home measuring up and having lots of choices and samples to show me. Then in the timeframe agreed fitter came and put them in, which was very quick with no bother took away any packaging. Very pleased with quality and how they look. Would recommend this company have had other blinds fitted by them. Great service.

Used for a second time and would definitely use again

We ordered three Venetian blinds to match the four we already have. The order was ready and fitted within 4 weeks and there was the Easter period in those four weeks. Good quality blinds, fitted quickly by the company chosen fitters. Great job all round.

Great choice for blinds

Great choice for blinds, got 3 different kinds and there was loads to choose from. Helpful staff, quick delivery and fitting. Highly recommended!

Unreliable

I had a disappointing experience unfortunately. From initially contacting, I found it difficult to get an appointment for measuring up for when it was suitable to fit around my commitments. When an appointment time/date was finally agreed on, unfortunately there was no show. I’ve waited a week for someone to contact me since, but no one has contacted to say why no one showed up to measure up. From my experience, I wouldn’t use or recommend Baileys to anybody.

Thank you for your Review. I’m very sorry to hear how disappointed you feel, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to set aside your evening for the appointment.
I have reviewed our estimator’s diary for Monday 9th February. It states that he attempted to call you at 5:40pm but unfortunately received no answer. As per our usual procedure, if there is no response at the door and we are unable to make contact by phone, a card is put through the door to advise that we attended and to ask that you get in touch with us to rearrange.
As you can appreciate, our sales advisors work within allocated appointment time slots and often have other appointments scheduled. Your appointment was booked within the 5–8pm time frame, and the estimator arrived within this window. Unfortunately, he is unable to wait for an extended period due to other scheduled visits.
We sincerely apologise for any frustration this situation may have caused and would be more than happy to arrange another appointment if you would like to proceed.

Don't recommend this company

Don't recommend this company. Very expensive for the quality of service and product. Took over 2 months to get curtains. The curtain rail was delivered twice in the wrong size. There was no response to my emails and I had to call to find out what was happening.
The blind is not particularly robust and the fitter left leaving one curtain without a hook on one end of the curtain.

Good quality blinds however…

Good quality blinds however organisation was a complete shambles. We were initially told the blinds would take 2/3 weeks, we were then told that one set of blinds was out of stock but the rest could be fitted ‘within the next few days’, we were then told blinds would take 6 weeks. Blinds were eventually fitted after around 8 weeks. Staff member rude over the phone. Very poor service and experience and I would not recommend to others. We have been left feeling like we were completely misled to secure a deposit.

*the suggestion in your response that the blinds being out of stock was ‘communicated to me at the time’ is completely false. This was only communicated to four weeks after I had placed the order and I had called to enquire as to why the initial 2-3 week time limit provided had not been met.

shutters used as a room divider

As usual our experience with Baileys was excellent, Dan and Scott arrived and got stuck in straight away. We are always very pleased with the service we get from Baileys, and would recommend them always.
