For me, this was the perfect way to sell my house. I already live most of my life online. I shop and pay bills exclusively online, so it only made sense to sell my house with an online company. I worked almost exclusively with Nicole. She always replied quickly and when we talked on the phone, she was pleasant and always very helpful.

Before we decided to put our house on the market, I researched and found HomeBay. I had many conversations, questions, and concerns. We had a rental home in another part of California that we decided to sell. I contacted HomeBay and took a chance on them. BEST DECISION!!! We saved over $10,000!! Nicole was there every step of the way. While unsure of what would happen, in the midst of Covid stay at home orders, our house was on the market for 30 days and closed in 26!! We got more than what we wanted and saved on realtor costs. Why anyone would choose otherwise is a mystery. Thank you, HomeBay and Nicole!!

It was a scary thing selling my house through Home Bay as opposed to the traditional way of using an agent. They kept their word though... from setting up the photographer to that final phone call of congratulations on selling the home. All the information that I needed was provided on the dashboard that they set up for me to assist me every step of the way. The paperwork truly was a breeze. If I still had questions then my broker, David Bezeau, made sure to clarify anything I needed help with. His complete competence, professionalism and kindness is an absolute asset to anyone who is fortunate enough to have him as their broker. Using Home Bay was so, so worth it.

I listed with Homebay September of 2019. My home sold within 24 hrs but within the 10 day period the buyer backed out. We decided to replace our 24 yr old roof and other repairs before we relisted. We had been told we had 2yrs. of representation. So we replaced our roof, pool cage screen, garage door etc. When we tried to contact them to try again we were told they no longer represent Florida. They said they had 1 agent who was still helping us Floridians. Well she says she’s with a new agency and must charge me the normal 5% fee. I paid the upfront cost. I feel scammed.

David is a very good broker but using Home Bay was difficult with regards to actually selling the home. Many realtors mentioned that they did not like using a brokerage like Home Bay and that turned sellers off. I wish this wasn’t the case. Like I said, David was great and very communicative.

David was great, very helpful and responded to my inquiries. They saved us over $18K. This is what selling your house should be like, saving you money on your investment! Highly recommend Home Bay.

Although our home sold (which was the main goal no matter what), and Homebay lived up to their bargain, it wasn't as smooth as it could have been. I believe it has to do with their business plans and how to deal with people during a very important portion of their lives - the sale of their home,

I first spoke several times to Steve Schefler (the Closer). After I signed up, he was never to speak to me again, and I didn't appreciate that. I truly believe my phone number was on called ID and was disallowed. Before I signed I would call directly to Steve on more than five occasions with an invitation to "call back any time." Sometimes I got his secretary, but then after I signed, I only got recordings or that he went to lunch or was out of the office.

I was then ultimately assigned Steve Spiro who was absolutely not a ball of fire. A friend of mine who sold her house in three days was completely dissatisfied with his arrogant and chauvinistic attitude. The reason why I called Schefler so many times was to fire Spiro but I knew that should not be discussed among peers and I thought it best to talk to the boss.

During the closing rounds of my sale (which again was the overriding objective), Homebay apparently did away with Spiro although my new agent, Nicole would not go down that path with me, a client, nor should she have. Nicole was terrific and a pleasure to deal with. She helped me with some questions and ALWAYS kept me up to date. Nicole left me with a great feeling of Homebay.

I did sell my house, the pictures were great, and it proves that "Real Estate" doesn't need two money hungry agents, costing upwards of 30 grand, to sell a house. The house can sell itself.

Home Bay was quick and efficient with the photos and listing it on the internet sites. Also the sign was put up promptly. My house sold to the second buyer who looked at it. Had a bit of difficulty with the communication process and of course the Covid-19 crisis, but escrow closed in a timely manner.

Great experience with Hone Bay for the selling process. Endless thanks to my Home Bay agent Nicole Blase, she was amazing!!

If Cal Tech escrow is part of Home Bay I highly recommend choosing a different escrow company. There are constant internal delays... Still waiting for dispursement, the sale recorded over 28 hours ago.

Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable realestate company it's completely worth the money. Homebay has created a mess of not one but two closings on my property. Incompetence and extreemly poor communication. A total and complete waste of time and money. HONESTLY save yourself the headache.😡😡 As far as the response from Homebay concerning my review I was absolutely your poorly served customer. Not suprising you cant find my name!!! Two chances is enough our relationship is over.

This was such an easy process,and everything is at your fingertips..We also had an amazing realtor ready and willing to help in any way...I would totally recommend Homebay...And best of all you save alot of $$$

I was sceptical about using Homebay, boy was I wrong. I had agents telling me I'd pay close to full commission using Homebay. Not! I paid$3250 for the selling side. I saved over $7k selling my house. Homebay was very responsive to my needs and escrow closed without a hitch. I have another house to sell and will use Homebay. What a great experience.

Homebay did everything they said they would. They provided all the help I needed to sell my home, and saved me almost $20k over a traditional realtor... not only that, but my realtor managed to get the highest offer to come up to my full asking price!
