Homebay was an excellent choice for selling our home! The process was easy and smooth. Our agent - Steve Spiro - was tremendous. He walked us through every step and was knowledgeable and helpful the whole way through. Even the buyers’ agent was complementary is Homebay and Steve!

We have used friends/realtors in the part and always walked away disappointed. With Homebay we got the support we needed, the savings we wanted, and our house sold with a full price offer in just 17 days!

The experience with Home Bay was good. I saved some dollars on the final sale of the home. Home Bay representatives took care of all the coordinating of showings through closing and notified me on each and every event. I simply installed a lock box on my home for sale (vacant home) and the various real estate representatives gained access via a code to show to their prospective buyers. I would check on the home periodically. No problems at all, a nice smooth transition from beginning to end.
