Being in love with the unique and beautiful Brighter watch with the nacre face for a few years, my husband gifted it to me for Christmas! So sweet, I was thrilled! Feminine and unique, it is a standout as artful jewelry.

I had an issue with the clasp and reached out to Holzkern customer service. They already had addressed the clasp issue and kindly sent me a replacement. When the watch got stuck in customs, I reached out again and the Holzkern team went above and beyond to get the watch released. Can't thank them enough for their customer care and kindness.

Haven't wore a watch ⌚ in 20 years finally made my selection I have admired these natural watches since 2020 🙏🏽💜 Natural walnut wood with a genuine lapis lazuli face with Japanese Miyota movement. I need a watch for work finally succumbed to the idea of watching time. 🙏🏽🥰💙

Amazing costumer support. I reached out because I've been wanting a ring in a specific size for two months, and it just never got restocked in ruthat size on the website. When talking to customer support's Fatima, they found the ring in the wanted size, and it was possible to order it directly through them, working around the website. 10/10 experience 🤗

Although I experienced an issue with one of their products, the Holzkern Customer Support team turned it into a great experience. They were professional, responsive, and resolved my concerns quickly and efficiently. I’m very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in their unique offerings.

The watch purchased was beautiful. When there was a problem with the product the customer service was excellent, very speedy and extremely helpful and prompt. I would definitely recommend.

The team offers the best customer service I have ever interacted with. After having problems with their Dewdrops Necklace (Aquamarine & Silver), where some of its gemstones detached, they were quick to provide a good solution for us. Granted, this issue happened twice and the team assured me that it was an absolute exception (I choose to believe them!), yet both times I was guided through the process of solving our problems. The solutions they offered me were in both cases very satisfactory, their warranty policy is great.
I must say we have purchased other pieces from them (a Dewdrops Necklace (Moonstone & Silver) and an Aquarell Necklace (Nacre & Gold)) and they have stayed in great condition after many months of daily use.
Overall, we are very happy with Holzkern and we will definitely buy from them in the future :)

The customer service is excellent. They were very quick to assist the product I purchased. I would highly their products.

After placing a review where I mentioned that the bandlet that I purchased left some black marks on my wrist due to sweat / water, Holzkern contacted me the next day and offered to either send another model or give me a value voucher for the price of the bandlet.
For me it wasn't necessery to return my bandlet because I like it a lot. (Just be carefull with water) so I accepted the voucher and had it in my mail the next day, and already bought another nice model bandlet.

Is not normal !! A reliable company dont make this kind of mistakes twice!!
The order was done early May snd after one month my ordered watch is not received .
Pls return us the funds a soon you receive the wrong watch.

Aqui no compren !!! Ahora hemos pedido ya que nos devuelvan el dinero ! A ver cuanto tardan!!

I had a great experience with Holzkern. They responded very quickly, were professional throughout the whole process, and solved my issue perfectly. Communication was clear and efficient, and I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the team was. Excellent support and a very positive experience overall!

I love Holzkern! First of all, their watches are beautiful. I have the Hanwi (Nacre/Gold) watch, and I get compliments on it all the time. It really dresses up my outfits, and I now feel incomplete when I'm not wearing it. Secondly, they have exceptional customer service. I never cared about customer service before, until I experienced what it could be! I have big wrists--I reached out to Holzkern when I first ordered my watch to request extra pieces to expand the band--they sent them immediately, free of charge. When I've had questions, they've answered them immediately and sent me fixes to minor (and probably caused by me) problems. I can't recommend Holzkern enough!

1. The watch my family bought me is really incredible. The products are awesome.
2. I've got some issue with the watch. The after sale service gave me all the instructions to try to fix it by myself.
3. I haven't been able to fix the issue so I sent back the watch. Unfortunately the package has been lost/there has been a problem with the transport company. Holzkern sent me back a new watch just a few days after this problem.

Holzkern creates quality jewelry that you can be proud to gift to someone or just buy for yourself. This is my new go to gift item when looking for something for my husband or a male friend. And they love to wear them. Highly encourage you to gift them a try. And they are helpful if you have any questions.

Shockingly bad customer service - be wary if buying gifts from this company!

My 93 year old mother (yes she does use the internet!) bought me a watch from Holzern for my birthday. Not surprisingly she didn’t check the return conditions which state that you have 24 days to return an item. She likes to get organised and had ordered the watch a month in advance of my birthday. Unfortunately, the watch didn’t suit me so I contacted Holzern to ask to exchange it for a different style (note I was not asking for a refund, just to exchange the watch for another Holzkern watch). To my surprise I got a form email back telling me that returns were impossible given their 24 day policy and case was now closed.

So, if you are buying from outside Germany and want to gift one of these watches take extreme care to get the timings right. The clock (or should I say watch) starts ticking when you place the order, you have 24 days to receive the item, gift it, check whether your loved one likes and then get it back to Germany.
